When I called and asked to speak to the accounting department I was told I could leave a message and accounting would call me back. After several messages they still have not called me back. Decided to pay the bill anyway as the amount matched the EOB from the insurance company. However, they do not have a published mailing address and the only way you can get a mailing address is to get it from accounting (who won't call you back). So, without an address you can't send a check and the only payment option is to use their 3rd party payment service which charges an additional 3%. TERRIBLE customer service! I have canceled my follow up appointment and am going elsewhere.

The MRI on neck is NOT what I asked and what I requested. I did not know until afterwards. He and his staff must be deaf to some degree. I have told them till I was blue in the face and yet they still ignored me that because of them! Now I have to pay for two MRIs in January! My husband is retired and we don't have the funds coming in that match his paycheck before his retirement!! I am so upset that I do not recommend them to anybody. Dr. Wilson and his staff totally ignored every single time and I have been in pain for many months and no doctors actually listen to me there. I don't recommend Dr Wilson to my worse enemy either. If this is want to happen to you then by all means go there!
