    Teddy Graham ice latte

I recently visited this adorable little café. It is so cozy and cute inside. They offer a wide variety of different drinks and treats. I got a Teddy graham iced latte, which was amazing. The staff was super helpful and made an amazing drink. They had such a large special drink menu, which was nice to see and it seems like they have a lot of staple beverages as well. I can't wait to see what summer specials they offer.

It was amazing place I had Caramel Micchiato , iced latte and Muffin it was the place for coffee lovers. Highly recommended

When I'm not in a rush I love to stop in local coffee shops(usually I'm going through a drive thru lol), my little ones enjoy trying new things as well. We've stop in randomly throughout the years or after story time at the library(which is down the street). The cafe has a cozy feel, decent amount of seating and a quiet place if you needed to get work done. The staff is always friendly and helpful(I couldn't decide on a drink the last time lol). Their drinks are always delicious, I try to make it a point to get one of their specials. My little ones love the baked goods(I think they outsource them, I could be wrong).

Great drinks for a very rainy afternoon. My friend had the Lemon Lavender London Fog and I had a Blackberry Lavender White Mocha. Our barista was alone, but handled all the orders like a pro! She was very nice and efficient. I thought my combo would be a little odd, but it was quite tasty. We sat in some comfy chairs, it was a very relaxing time!

This & cold brew $15 left me all the way shooken. Never again thanks. Tried to support local but this missed so badly

Definitely a pass for the future forever:( $15 for this & cold brew. No thanks ‍ I luv to buy local but not this one

Rise & Grind is a quaint little cafe nestled into a plaza. Quite unassuming from the outside. Inside is a nice little cafe that has food, drinks, and of course-free wifi. I went at about noon on a Wednesday- it wasn't busy at all. The girl at the counter served me promptly and my food and drink came out fairly quickly. I had a Peach Palmer to drink (definitely would recommend) and a Bacon Egg and Cheese breakfast bagel. The drink was great but the food was not anything special- it sufficed but that's about it. It was just about 9 dollars for the large drink and sandwich-not bad in my opinion. They have many other more "hip" offering such as Açaí bowls and guac creations. I also cannot comment on the coffee as I don't drink it nor know anything about it. I'll be back, 4 stars just because the food wasn't anything to write home about.

(Visit Date: November 2021) It was our first visit. When we got there, we haven't eaten anything from morning other than small snack but it was already early evening so we didn't want to get anything big meal. So we decided to order avocado toast. And it was tasty! And i ordered hot caramel apple cider for my drink. I've never had any kinda hot apple juice before so i was wonder and at the same time i was sorry but actually i really loved it! I'll definitely order again once apple cider season back!

Sweet little place. Good healthy food and nice place to mingle or study. I moved away from the area and I miss this place!

I've been on a mission to find coffee shops in Syracuse that are open late enough for me to unwind…read moreafter work, and Milano had been on my list for a while. After finally visiting, I can honestly say the pictures don't do this place justice. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and somehow elevated at the same time. It felt less like a coffee shop and more like hanging out in a friend's beautifully decorated home. I spent a few hours there editing a YouTube video, and it was exactly the type of environment I've been searching for. Since it was my first visit, I wanted to try a few different things. I ordered the strawberry vanilla matcha, which was surprisingly good. It was a little sweeter than I expected, but the flavor was excellent. I'm not usually a matcha girl, but I'd definitely order it again. Their menu is extensive, with several drink options, flavored matchas, pastries, cheesecakes, and even the viral fruit pastries that I saw several customers purchasing while I was there. One thing that really stood out to me was that they actually offer food. I ordered a jerk beef patty and a jumbo apple fritter, both of which were delicious. They also had other savory options available, including spinach pie and additional patties. As someone who arrived hungry, I appreciated having more substantial options than the typical coffee shop pastry selection. The staff were wonderful. They mentioned that they love welcoming new guests, and it definitely showed. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and patient while I stood there trying to decide what I wanted to order. I never felt rushed, and they were happy to answer questions and make recommendations. The only thing to keep in mind is parking. Since Milano is located in the heart of downtown Syracuse, you'll most likely need to park on the street. If you're visiting before 6 p.m., be prepared to pay for parking. Overall, I had a great experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, and the customer service. I'll definitely be back, and Milano has quickly become one of the strongest contenders in my search for the perfect late-night coffee shop.

The watermelon flavor came through just enough to where it wasn't overpowering. I shared a waygu burger and fries with my dad and it was definitely more than enough food. I was skeptical at first with the fries being around $6, but the portion was very large and definitely worth the money. The snack shack was packed but my food came out super quick and warm, the staff definitely knew how to handle a crowd!! We ended the night with a few cider donuts and a beautiful view!! Beak and skiff is definitely worth the hype, everyone needs to come at least once, and definitely for a concert!

**The following review is my personal opinion and based on my individual experiences**…read more It's disappointing to see a once-beloved local brand begin to resemble the kind of corporate operation it once seemed proud to distinguish itself from. Since January 2025, it feels to me like there's been a noticeable shift in Beak & Skiff's priorities. Pride-related messaging and products that were previously visible around June have disappeared. The Pride flag was temporarily removed during the Warren Zeiders concert last summer, only to be put back up the following day. Is that an insult to Warren Zeiders fans by assuming they're all bigots who would be offended by a rainbow flag? Whatever the reason for taking it down, the inconsistency raises fair questions for me about whether certain expressions of inclusion are actual values of Beak & Skiff's or simply marketing strategies when culturally "cool". It feels to me like recent changes reflect a greater emphasis on their bottom line being the priority now. A local organization rep I know told me that her recent request for a cancer tournie fundraiser basket was declined. And the updated property and programming, to me, seems geared toward ticketed events (nice to see they added women musicians to their live music schedule, though!). It feels like activities that once helped make the orchard accessible to a broad range of families at varying income levels now come at a higher cost. And the "patriotic" NYS fair drink was an interesting choice given the current political climate, in my opinion. From my perspective, Beak & Skiff now seems to be catering to a narrower demographic than it once did. The emphasis on community, accessibility, diversity, and inclusion feels considerably less visible than it used to. For a company that has historically presented itself as family-run and community-minded, that change is unfortunate and worth acknowledging...in my opinion, that is.
