My boyfriend and I came to your shop less than a week ago to check it out for the first time. He bought a couple of rolling papers, a shirt, some incense, a butane torch as well as a can of butane. However, after only a couple of days of use, the torch completely stopped working. It was never dropped it, was never moved from the table we kept it on, and remained full of butane. No reason for it to stop, but it did. Today we decided to return and see if we could get a new torch, however your employees were less than helpful. The torch we bought cost $70 and they were unable to locate a similar model which meant we couldn't exchange it? And then when I asked if it was any way possible we could exchange for a cheaper torch and then use the remaining money for in-store credit. To which she replied no. I worked in customer service my entire life, and I've never been so disappointed in their lack of compassion and customer service. She offered no help, no compromise, not even a sticker or lighter for our troubles. She only offered absolutely no discount other than 10% off something ELSE we would have to buy! So now we are out $70 and out a torch. I'm sorry, we want our original $70 back or a new torch. You stole from us, and I will not be returning to your business. read more

I went in this morning after class for a vape, just as I did two days ago. Last time I went in Grace was working and sold me a vape, then today she declined me service and claimed that I had assaulted her even though I have not. The owner was there and it's sad to see that management is supporting rude, unprofessional, and lying associates. I have went to this shop for 3 years and am now being told I will be arrested if i come back due to false accusations. If management wants to worry about something, they should worry about their associate Grace's boyfriend selling drugs at the shop.. because that is actually real. Do not go here. read more

It's was a Sunday afternoon and I needed a new vape and a lighter, so I decided to drive to rise n vape, a vape shop that I have been a customer at for 3 years and is 2 minutes away from my house in downtown st Aug. I opened the door and had barely stepped in the shop when I was greeted angrily by a store associate by the name of GRACE, pointing at the door and telling me to "get out of her shop" in front of other customers, she acted as if she knew me and we had had a problem in the past, I don't know this girl but even if I did, raising her voice at me in her place of work Is unprofessional, I left the shop and ended up crying in my car bc I was so upset, I WILL return to the shop just like I have for the past 3 years and hope not to encounter this repulsive girl again.
