We are extremely disappointed, asked for a refund, and will be staying far away from this place as it provides zero organization in giving parents an equal and fair opportunity to participate or play. The sinker was randomly (finally) receiving a text from our coach asking Ryan to come play on a Saturday where they only had 3 players show up. That was the first reach out after never having gone to a single known of practice, or other game. They would probably have more players at games if parents were given information.

I originally started coming in the evenings around 9-10 PM, but when that stopped working with my schedule, I switched to the early morning around 5-6 AM when they first open, and I actually like it so much better! Starting my day at the gym just seems to set me up for a better day. One of my favorite things about going that early is that you see a lot of the same people every morning, so it's become its own little community. Joe takes care of the morning shift, and I love him! He always says hi, we've developed a great rapport, and I've gotten to know some of the regular guys who work out in the mornings too. Everyone pretty much comes in, does their thing, and gets out, but the vibe is friendly and comfortable. As far as the gym itself, it's pretty simple. You're not going to find a ton of crazy equipment, but I mostly use free weights and do my own workouts anyway, so I don't feel like I'm missing much. Every now and then a bench I want is taken, but it's pretty rare that I can't use what I need. It's only $19 a month, although you do have to commit for 10 months. Funny enough, I think I used it for the first month and then barely went for most of that commitment. I actually considered canceling, but I ended up keeping the membership, and I'm really glad I did because now I use it consistently. I also have a YMCA membership, so I like having the option of using the YMCA when I'm in Redlands and Powerhouse when I'm in Yucaipa. Overall, I definitely recommend Powerhouse if you're looking for a local gym that's simple, easy, affordable, and has a cool, laid-back vibe. The little early-morning community has definitely become my favorite part.

It also gets your heart rate up and is overall a fun and effective workout! The instructors are welcoming and inspiring and the overall theme and moves may push you out of your comfort zone, while challenging thoughts and feelings. You would be hard pressed to find a more inspiring class. Inversions Again, super sweet instructor with an overwhelming welcoming environment. This gym seems to attract genuine people with a supportive culture. The instruction was amazing and pushed my inversions to a new level to where I can now do headstands! This is a section of yoga I have found is rarely explored and practiced, so I really appreciate the focus on inversions.

I come here frequently to either play pickle ball with the Yucaipa Pickleball club, take my son to the playground, and even for a date picnic with my wife. The park is well-maintained and the city has invested a lot of money and time into keeping the Park updated and continually making changes based off of the needs and requests of the community. I absolutely recommend bringing your family here for some safe, fun and activities!

The skatepark is closed and the covered courts area has been expanded to where the skatepark used to be. Yucaipa's main skatepark is over next to the high school off of 13th street. The new covered area is now home to 4 permanent pickleball courts which makes for an amazing space for youth who may not have their own nets yet and for anyone to come play in the shade. Yucaipa Pickleball Club reserves these courts for club play through the city. Club hours are generally in the mornings and the 4th Saturday of the month. Mainly all the guy fitness trainers , hit on girls like fucking crazy. I had a situation with a fitness trainer that worked here , bro drunk texted me late at night, & started hitting on me & just made everything worse. Not a single apology, nothing. It kinda sucks too, because I asked if I can get help reimbursing my fitness sessions since I had 11 sessions left & they coast $34 each , that in total is $374 dollars I have lost to this company & the only reason I'm not going to this company anymore is because the company itself ruined it for me. They told me they don't do refunds. Isn't that funny ? I lose a lot of my money & the gym that started everything for me. I never once had gym anxiety here, but after the weird situation from the fitness trainer , that completely changed.
