I am always honest with my reviews as I like to see that when I read other reviews as well. First off the Owner is Super Nice! I am a chubby guy and fighting myself to go as I work a lot and selfish with my time. Which makes the 24 hour gym more enticing to go. It's a gym.. No frills.. It's a gym.. I am going at least 4 times a week and getting more enthusiastic about being there as I am making progress at losing weight and being healthier. This gym is a hidden gem in Yucaipa, I have been a member here for over 10 years and have nothing but good things to say about it. There is a lot of equipment and the layout is perfect, the lighting is great, the facility is clean, and the owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met. Definitely come check this place out, it is 24 hour access, has a very nice sauna, and unique workout equipment like a climbing rope! read more

I attempted to information about joining. However, no one answers either phone number, and you can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. Besides that, the website says you can text the owner Eric, but there is no response there either. So I tried to go down and ask questions, well you can't get in without a code. There is actually no one to talk to about joining. If this is how they treat someone who wants to give them money, I can only imagine how I am treated once they have it. read more

I have been a member for almost 2 years now. I have gone to other gyms in the past, but this is by far my favorite one. Several reasons: 1) The owner, Eric, shows personal interest in the members. 2) He is pretty good about repairing machines as well as upgrading equipment (brought in a massive new system a few months back!) 3) No drama there! I feel like it's easy to have "gym friends" there without any drama - so I love that! 4) The staff. Brittany, Emma, Heather, and others (sorry I cant remember all of their names!) are helpful and positive. 5) There is a pretty high level of cleanliness - I have never felt like I caught a "bug" there... I am sure there are more reasons - but this review is long over due in my opinion. I just really appreciate The Reps people! :) read more

Amazing gym. I don't understand the reviews that people can't get ahold of anybody or their money is stolen?? I've been coming here for 2 years & have lost 80 pounds! 30$ a month for a 24 hour access gym with a sauna & a shower with your own personal code? If you have a problem getting ahold of them on the phone, address it first & see if you can fix the problem! Go into the shop during the day & sign up there! The gym looks nice in the pictures on the website so i decided to go turns out this is the most unorganized filthy gym I've been to. Weights are just everywhere not in proper order plates all over the place and it doesn't even seem like they enforce "put it back where it goes" rules like most gyms the floors were what really got me though this places needs to be vacuumed so damn bad. There is a good variety of equipment that's the best part a lot of machines to use and would be a very nice gym if they just organized or kept everyone in line with putting stuff back where it came from . The worst part is the men's restroom do not recommend going in there without an oxygen mask i don't understand how it smells that bad in there been to many gyms and the bathroom are always pretty clean and smell pretty good I get it it's a gym and ppl sweat and shit but holy fuck get some air fresheners or something. Couldn't say I'd recommend going here for now if it was cleaned up a bit i would recommend. read more

Sign on doors says call Eric for help or membership. Called that number it went straight to voicemail and his voicemail is full. I used to workout here a couple of years ago...when I was all buff-n-stuff! Unfortunately, a single trip to Vegas stopped all that healthy living for me. -Not sure if I am happy or sad about that trip to Vegas =) When I did frequent this place, I loved it! This is a clean facility with plenty of equipment to use. The trainers are good to work with too. The owners are actively involved in our little community here and that is another reason why I like supporting places like this. The pricing was slightly higher than the other gyms in town but I enjoyed the classes, staff and facility here, so it was worth it. Definitely worth a try. If I could give negative stars I would!! My son just went to this location and online. It clearly says guest passes available for three days. We just moved to the city so he wanted to try it out and went with one of his buddies. and was sparring with a few friends, which was said to be OK apparently with the owner in the past, and the owner comes in and right off the bat, starts attacking him and demanding him to show him his membership. I get someone trying to protect there business , but to put another person down, emotionally is so not OKAY at all and he pulled it up the three day guest pass and after that he said well we are not offering guest passes at the moment. It clearly says it online if you can read and so he apologized and tried to leave the gym peacefully but then the owner said wait a minute and asked for the school he went to, he asked what other gym memberships he had. He asked for his name his age. He threaten to call the cops on him for a guest pass. That's online. This is ridiculous. I don't recommend anyone going to the gym at this location. This situation could've been handled way better and way nicer than it was. Also when my son was leaving, the owner tried to grab his arm. Don't ever try to put your hands on anyone's kid unless you're ready to get hands put on you. read more

We recently moved to Yucaipa about a year ago. I was looking for a good gym locally but when I read reviews on here made me not want to go, then I went to Fitness 19 and I didn't feel like working out with Yucaipa HS Football team. Unfortunately, I signed up with LA Fitness in Redlands which was a bad mistake. After a year of being fed up with them I signed up here. WOW! It was like a breath of fresh air. The couple that owns it is there everyday. They are devoted to fitness and it shows in the equipment they have. Everything there is like a dream come true for me: TRX Ropes, Jump Tables, Punching Bags, Pilates Reformer Machine, Kettlebells, Stairmasters, I could go on and on. Its clean, if you are neat freak clean then you should probably move out of Yucaipa, because its very dusty up here. So that is my review. And I kind of don't want to leave it because then everyone will know how amazing it is and then it will packed... Ugh. read more

The gym itself as far as equipment goes is ok. There is normally at least 1 or 2 things out of order for a few weeks, but plenty of other options to fill in. There is WiFi but it almost NEVER works. It either neither to be upgraded or not used. The other flaw is the staff doesn't rack the weights they use to train or use on their own time. There is a sauna, and it works great. Staff is friendly for the most part depending on the day. Overall it isn't bad for a local self owned gym, there could be some improvements and upgrades, but plenty of stuff to get a good lift in. read more

Clean gym BUT I was just told on the phone "the file must of been lost" from our cancellation form. Uuuuh what? How do you lose a paper? So we got charged again and just conveniently they charged us a $30 maintenance fee. So now our gym membership isn't canceled because they "lost" our hard copy of us cancelling and we paid for another month plus $30 to maintain the gym. Will not recommend it shouldn't be a battle to cancel a membership! read more

I really enjoy this gym, it's a clean facility with great equipment and classes, which is super important to me. pricing is fair. not super crowded like other gyms in town, i really like that. the staff is friendly and helpful. i like it much better than any other gym that yucaipa has to offer. i been going here about 1 1/2 years now, I wouldn't change to any other gym personally. i've tried 2 other gyms in town and theyre all very crowded and not kept up as gyms should be, since we are sweating out butts off! read more

I have been a member here for 6.5 years. The staff is friendly but non-intrusive. The equipment is plentiful and there are many classes for those who want that. What I appreciate most is that there is a wide variety of people working out here. There are some of the "beautiful people" who are already in great shape, as well as those of us who are struggling to be a work in progress but working on better health. Many seniors go here and it is great to see them out and about. I have added my sons to my membership, and that is my only meh...I had to pay a higher rate for them than my super low rate. That being said, my rate has never increased! That part is awesome. read more

I love reps for life! The atmosphere , the people, the equipment - it's all great! The owners and employees of the gym make it a point to have personal, professional relationships with their clients and no matter how busy, they are always kind, patient and attentive to everyone. They provide a variety of classes, equipment, and even a sauna. They provide showers, lockers, and the bathrooms are even stocked with common items; dry shampoo, etc. in case you forget something. Wether you're paying for training sessions or just needing advice/help with your workout, the team is ready and willing! I'm always greeted with a hello and goodbye when I walk in and as I leave. All they want is your money. They don't care about their clients. They will look at u as a $ walking through the door, not like a customer. With a very sick toddler And unemployed I have tried to cancel MANY times and even mailed in a signed letter canceling my membership. Months later I am still getting past due notices and letter stating my membership services will be interrupted. What do you mean interrupted? I cancelled this in writing months ago and are still charging me even though I cancelled it 2 months ago? Are you kidding me? I have tried calling the owner and talking to him and said he would call me back and NEVER calls me back even when he says he will. Like I said, they just want your money and seem to be making excuses to charge you more even though you cancelled and even if you put the cancelation in writing as they say they request they will charge you till they feel like it. read more

I worked out at this gym when I was in town for business for an extended period of time. I like it better than my gym at home. I will definitely be back whenever I am in town. The staff was welcoming and helpful, I really enjoyed the classes and the gym was one of the cleanest gyms I've ever worked out in! I typically don't take the time to write reviews but I was so impressed with how well I was taken care of and how welcoming everyone was that I had to get the word out. More gyms need to be like this. I have been members at lifetime and LA fitness and in both facilities I felt like I was just a number. It was nice to work out in a gym where the employees genuinely cared about my results. I'm transferring to the area in 6 months for my job and I can't wait to be able to go back and be a member. My only complaint is that they don't have a Nashville location. read more

I've hit all the gyms in town and this is by far the best. They have nice machines and equipment for all types of training routines! The sauna is a plus as well, no other gym in town has one. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming and it never gets over crowded here like other gyms in town I love it. I love my gym. My 18 month old has been going to their kids club every so often for the last 7 months. He's finally becoming a little more independent and having fun allowing me to get a full workout. The gym is very clean, updated, spacious, never crowded, and the other members make the environment awesome. People go there to seriously workout and I love that. read more

I have been a member of Reps For Life for several years. This is by far the best gym with the best trainers in Yucaipa. They never give up on your fitness no matter how hard you try to give up on it. The facility is great, always good equipment, and always very clean and maintained. They will give you the best advice on how to change your eating without feeling starved. I have been going to this gym for about 3 years, myself and many others are ready to leave. Over the last 6 months the gym has become filthy, just gross. The mirrors haven't been cleaned in months it is really bad. As an owner/manager of the gym you should take a look around and see how disgusting it is and wake up or so many people are going to leave sadly your hometown gym will no longer exist. read more

The staff and trainers are always courteous and helpful as well if I ask any questions. I am able to get in and out don't have to wait around to get to a machine. This gym may have five star reviews, however when it comes to the owner, he will not and does not compensate for work hired and completed in his gym! Work completed by several contractors who were hired and completed several jobs, have yet to be paid for several years! Even as of recent communication regarding funds owed, the owner stated he would pay $100 for over thousands of dollars of time, materials and labor completed. Even after offering the $100 very minimal payment, nothing has been payed. This should show the true character and complete audacity of this owner of the establishment!! read more

I wouldn't recommend this gym. I've terminated my membership because I made several complaints about some equipment not being fixed and was told by the owner, "That's not at the top of my priority list". Also, the air conditioning is never on in the early mornings even when it is over 100 degrees outside. When I asked about this, I was told that the temp inside is ok-"it's in the 70's inside". read more
