I came here at about 1pm on a Saturday. Got 4 donuts (2 chocolate glazed, 1 M&M, 1 Fruity Pebble) and a Frappuccino. Everything was just OK. Most certainly not the best donuts I've ever had though. Decided to try this today. Nicest independent donut shop I've ever been in. Very classy. Huge selection of unique donuts from Samoa flavor, fruity pebbles, maple, blueberry cream cheese - along with old fashioned and cake donuts, I mean, how awesome! Also lots of coffee options. I decided to try a caramel Frappuccino, and it didn't disappoint at all. The lovely young lady at the counter was so pleasant and helpful, and since I had my baby with me she carried my stuff to the table. Rising Donuts never disappoints! The Strawberry Delight is a favorite of mine and the Oreo is a favorite of my son's. We also just like the plain glazed and cinnamon twists. They are very helpful and can answer any question you have. It is a specialty donut shop and not Dunkin. Their FB page stays up to date with posts like if they need to close early or if they've run out of donuts. It's a very busy place so go early for the best selections! read more

I would give this shop over all 5 stars, except they have nothing to eat that's not really sweet. They pulled me in with their pigs in a blankets and delicious hot teas, but I have now called for a week and NO pigs in blankets! Not everyone can or wants to eat sweet foods. So since they leave diabetics and non sweet lovers out I give 1 star. My grandkids love the donuts, but I have to take them elsewhere if I want to eat too. read more

This place is so good! The prices are great for quality that can't be beat. My favorite donut is the one with the fresh strawberries and icing in the middle and chocolate drizzled on top. This is not your typical donut shop, they are gourmet donuts. I have tried several different things here and everything was delicious. The staff is very friendly and the shop is decorated very nicely. I would suggest calling before going to make sure they are open. They are a small business and sometimes have to close. read more

Stopped by on a weekday - these are amazing specialty donuts! Don't expect to get a cheap dozen here, these are premium donuts. Well worth the price! We bought 1 apple fritter and 1 cream cheer strawberry chocolate drizzle - they were so huge they put in a cake box to go . Also got a chocolate frappacino to go. We have now made a special trip from Statham twice to get donuts. The first time we went we were stopped at the door as they were handing out dozens of pre-ordered donuts to a customer. They told us there were no donuts for sale as the baker was ill. Today even thought the site say "Open 7-5" we got there to a "closed for for maintenance" sign. My husbands office bought these donuts for a special occasion and he raved about them. Maybe they are for sale only on occasion. read more
