I've been a regular customer for a long time now, and I look forward to every appointment. Staff are personable and professional. They operate a wildly popular business, and as such, by appointment only. I've had appointments rescheduled by the spa (due to death in the family) and by me. In each case the issue was handled beautifully. After reading a couple of earlier reviews, I can honestly say that I've never heard any inappropriate language, or anything that could be considered unprofessional. I visited the salon today for what I believed was my scheduled appointment time, only to be told that my appointment had actually been booked 15 minutes earlier than what was communicated to me. As someone who had plans for the weekend and specifically arranged my schedule around this appointment, the situation was extremely disappointing. What was even more frustrating was the lack of professionalism and empathy shown regarding the miscommunication. In a customer service-driven industry, I expected at minimum an apology or some effort to accommodate the situation, especially since the error was not entirely on my end. I chose not to reschedule and accepted the loss of my deposit because I do not feel comfortable continuing to support a business that does not prioritize customer experience or accountability. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that but how a business responds to those mistakes matters. I would strongly recommend implementing an automated confirmation or reminder system to help avoid appointment misunderstandings in the future. Made an appointment for my lunch hour. paid the deposit and left after soaking my feet in tub for 45 minutes and no service! Asked at 25 minutes if would be seen and told just needed to apply a top coat. 20 Minutes later not done. would have at least appreciated being told when arrived that delayed. Came in for something simple today on my first visit here and was not disappointed. It's been like 6 months since I had my eyebrows waxed and my sisters who are consistent customers here recommended me to check this place out. When I first walked in the salon was well maintained and clean which is always a key indication for me. I did not have an appointment even though I recommend you should just to ensure your spot. I sat for about 5 minutes and then was taken to the back for my service. My eyebrows took about 10 mins if that and she did an amazing job!! Seriously, I've been to a few places and was not satisfied but I will most definitely be coming back here for service again. Everyone was nice and friendly even the customers were engaged in conversations with each other unlike most places whereas everyone is on their phones or have headphones on. They do the best quality work in town, hands down. However, the staff is wildly unprofessional and unfriendly. I made an appointment, showed up and was told that they were only accepting cash. I was told by staff to use an ATM in the shopping plaza. I said I didn't want to pay $6+ in fees and asked if I could run to Wawa. The woman replied that they had a lot of appointments and couldn't wait. I asked to reschedule and the closest date was over a month away. Luckily I found a salon that does comparable work with much more professionalism. read more

I hate doing this because the girl did a great job on my nails. I paid a deposit, required to book an appointment, and when I got to the salon they were closed. No call, nothing. I contacted them through Facebook to ask what was up. They explained the situation, covid related, and apologized for my tech not calling me to let me know. Received a call from her, I don't answer unknown calls, and after hearing the voicemail, I called back. No answer. Called the next day, she answered and said she's call me back she was doing a pedicure. 8 hours later, around 9:30 pm, she called and I missed it. Called the next morning, no answer. No call back. I decided to text her bc we had no luck on the phone. Sent a text at 10:30am. Around 4pm today tried calling again. Nothing. Called the salon, nothing. Went to the salon Facebook and left a message asking for my deposit back bc it was too much craziness trying to reschedule an appointment that SHE NO SHOWED on me in the first place. Literally seconds later she texts me with an opening. I said sorry at this point I just want my money back and she starts to argue through text with me on how she lives far and didn't have her book to call me. Now I'm being told I have to come in to get my money refunded. Avoid this drama and go elsewhere. Not worth it especially since they hold you liable for a cancellation but they don't have the same standard for themselves. I would also like to add, after seeing the woman below stating this, The staff was incredibly inappropriate at my initial appointment. Foul language and texting and taking calls. The appointment took 2 hours for a fill, I overlooked it all bc she did kill it. My previous nails were bulky and poorly done and she saved them. read more

I went there expecting what I am not sure. Sam convinced me that I needed to stay away from acrylic or dipping for my nails that are in extremely poor condition. I have tried just gel several times before and it never lasted more than a day or two due to the poor condition of my nails. Well it's been two weeks, I have gone back to work lugging cartons and product around and my nails are still perfect! No clue what you did Sam but I WILL be back!!! read more

The first time I went, I was pleasantly surprised with how my eyebrows turned out. The second time, too much was taken off of one of my eyebrows and it was uneven. I did not notice until I got back in my car because I did not have my glasses on. I would like to go back and try the pedicure services as it is immaculate in there and they are so nice. read more
