She did not care about anything but getting outside to smoke her cigarette. She was cold and horribly rude. The office is old, the office manager is rude and she reeks of cigarette smoke. I was checked on regularly, so I never felt like they forgot about me while I was waiting. Dr. Scoggins did a great job with a tough extraction. After she was finished she spent the time showing me my tooth that they extracted and explained why my tooth was a challenge. Even with the challenge to get it removed, I never had any pain.

I have had my dentures a litle over four years ago and just went back once for a relining about six months after I got the dentures. I went back again yesterday as a walk-in. I broke my lower denture and they put it back together in less than four minutes. i enjoy talking to their patients in the waiting room also. I never had a bad moment here. i make sure i take pain killer from them if I am to have surgery or heavy duty work. It works.
