The explanation was delivered in a condescending and unwelcoming manner, which made it feel as though customers arriving during the final hour were an inconvenience rather than being served respectfully. I believe this reflects poorly on the store's customer service standards. If certain items are unavailable before closing, this should be clearly communicated to customers. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the conduct of the employees working that shift. EDIT: They served someone a blizzard 12 minutes before closing after denying us an HOUR before closing.
