Misleading Information and Poor Customer Service…read more I went into this T-Mobile store to upgrade my phone and was told by the customer service agent that she could get me a cheaper plan. She transferred all 4 of my lines and had me sign a document that clearly stated my plan would be $120. Now, my bill has jumped to $240! After calling customer service, I was informed that the $120 plan only covers the first two lines, and each additional line costs $60. The reps at this store are NOT knowledgeable about T-Mobile's plans and provided me with inaccurate information, resulting in a much higher bill than I expected. Very disappointed in the service here. DO NOT shop at this store unless you want to deal with confusion and frustration!

Whenever I'm in the Ritchie Plaza area I stop in at TJ's too see what deals I can snag. The men's section usually doesn't disappoint; I can find some good shirts or athletic wear for the low-low. I also really enjoy the home good section; during this time of year there were plenty of fall and Halloween items to grab.
