The only complaint that I ever with them is that they are not good about calling you if there is some hitch with your refill. If my doctor hasn't answered the request or if the post office has some issue and it did get mailed, etc... There has been more than one occasion when I pulled up to the drive thru just to be told that my doc hasn't answered. Well, the request was 4 days ago. Please call me and let me know.
