It's okay in the daytime, and trust me, completely safe in the nighttime too. It's actually relatively clean, always smells like bleach, and the employees have always been very nice. That said, I will say that there is something slightly 'off' about that corner, or that shopping center in particular, or it's something about that immediate area. The feng shui or the psychic energy is just not right- the overall and general feeling I get in there is curiously strange and not pleasant -- but I can't really put my finger on what it is exactly.
