This tea shop is located at a main cross section right off a main freeway exit. I kinda hate driving to the location due to the traffic of those getting on and off the freeway, but I brace it from time to time. One thing I like about this place is that the staff has customized drinks for me based on what I was feeling that day haha. I came in once and told the guy, "I'm feeling like cream and strawberry, but heavy on the tea, but I want foam of sorts." He mixed a bunch of stuff based on that description and it was perfect lol. I stopped by here with my nieces because we were craving Boba. I was pleasantly surprised that the inside smelled and like a boba/tea house! They had a pretty extensive menu, but the prices were really reasonable. The feedback I got from my nieces on the milk tea and the mango green tea were pretty good. They ran them 4 out of 5! I got the sea foam Jasmine green tea for myself. I got it with half sugar, and was pleasantly surprised that it was not sweet. Most spots make their drinks overly sweet. Service was great. The spot was real cute and simple. if I had any feedback, the location is a little challenging. When you exit, getting back on the 10 is a little tough. Never have been here, but after today, I will be back again! I love going to boba cafes and getting a sweet drink to end the day, and we happened to be in the area (after a trip to Morongo)... Richard, our cashier is wonderful! All of us, party of 4, all enjoyed our drinks! Chaca Tea Bar is kept away in a smaller plaza, but it's not to disappoint. The service was above and beyond, it was just him making the drinks and were all out under 5 minutes of us ordering. It's not just the prices, the quality and service impressed me as well! We visited this spot as my family and I were on a bubble tea hunt to satisfy a craving while on vacation in Palm Springs. We thought this spot would be better than the Share Tea chain, which was our other nearby option. We arrived and had ease in finding parking, thanks to their big lot with free spots. We noticed that they had a giant "grand opening" sign which led us to believe this spot opened up within the last couple months. The place is small, but cozy. Service was very friendly and they answered questions accordingly as well as being helpful with the menu. We ended up ordering three beverages: 1. 32 FL oz milk tea with tapioca, zero sugar 2. 32 FL oz milk tea with tapioca, 25% sugar 3. 32 FL oz mango green tea with lychee jelly, 25% sugar There's were literally massive! This place definitely did not seem Asian-owned and the flavor profiles reflected that. We were happy that our beverages weren't overly sweet but they lacked the authentic bubble tea flavor - tasted like tea with milk/creamer and even the mango green tea lacked flavor. The best part was the lychee jelly. Unfortunately, not a spot I would recommend in terms of food products. But overall, a clean and friendly shop. I've been going to their Redlands' location since I started university and absolutely adore this bubble tea shop. Now, I'm even more excited that they've opened a second location closer to where I live. This location is a bit smaller than their first store but it does feel more cozy. Their drinks are not only delicious but also reasonably priced. The customer service is exceptional, and they offer a stamp card system where you receive a free drink after purchasing ten drinks in total. After completing my purchase, Caitlyn added that in the future, I should avoid coming in ten minutes before closing to order blended drinks, as they take too long to make. I have been coming here for the past 2 years and they are just so good. Every interaction that i have had with the staff is always just pleasant. Every single worker there is so sweet, if you feel otherwise then you are the problem. I am the type of person to drive 45 mins for something that I really enjoy but luckily this place is close ! Every item is so yummy , you can mix and match anything/everything and it will still come out so good. Not to mention the prices ?!?! Not a huge fan of the first boba place that opened.. but Chaca's is AMAZING!! I got their strawberry fields drink, which had matcha and strawberry milk tea in it; i also added popping boba. It was delicious!! I definitely recommend here, they have a variety of drinks too if you aren't a fan of boba, such as teas, smoothies, even coffee! They have such a variety of flavors too!! Highly recommend to try out the Lavender Milk tea, Rose Milk tea and the Jasmine Milk tea. Ambience is semi quiet, people come here to study and read. Service is good.
