We called this Walgreens location and they were more than happy to transfer her prescription (which was already waiting for her back at home), and had it ready quickly. The staff is super friendly and nice, and they go out of their way to take care of the customers. We were not expecting a call back regarding our request, but 45 min after we got off the phone with them, they called us back to let us know that they successfully transferred the prescription and it would be ready and waiting for us at the pharmacy. This location was large, clean, brightly lit, well stocked, and staffed with friendly people. Although we didn't use the drive through, there is also one available for pharmacy purposes. Although it's slightly out of the way from our beach house, I would drive the extra mile or two just to visit this location.

The Walgreens app is completely useless, and when I sign in through the website, none of my prescriptions appear there either. Somehow, Walgreens has no problem sending me text alerts about my prescriptions, yet I cannot view or manage those same prescriptions through the app or website. To eliminate the usual excuses: all of my personal information is current and correct, I am using the correct account, and the correct Walgreens pharmacy location is selected. This is not a matter of outdated information, an incorrect location, or something I failed to update. The problem is clearly with Walgreens' system. What is the point of offering an app and an online pharmacy account if customers cannot access even the most basic prescription information? At this point, both are entirely useless and have made managing my prescriptions unnecessarily frustrating.

They are so on the ball, knowledgeable, and so friendly! They actually take the time to talk with you if you have questions, or concerns, and genuinely seem to want to help! Even my dog loves them!! Sometimes she comes in the car with me to pick up my meds in the drive through, she always gets super excited because they are so sweet to her, plus they always give her a milk-bone which she appreciates! There is not one negative thing at all to say about this pharmacy. Besides the kind staff, quick fill of meds, as well as delivery, I think my favorite thing about this pharmacy is that it makes you feel like you are at your local neighborhood pharmacy. They remember your name, they are never unpleasant, and super efficient! It is refreshing to go into public these days, and be treated so kind. There kindness and genuine care for their patients/clients is such a rare thing to find in the world today, and I appreciate it very much! For all of our recent deliveries we are wondering if they are going to show up on time, or at all. Our experience over the last couple days went like this. She placed the delivery order on Monday for an 8pm delivery, our groceries never came. Tuesday was the same, our groceries never came. Wednesday my wife needs to feed our family so she drives to the store only to wait for over an hour because half of our order was missing even when she came to pick it up. Walmart customer service was absolutely no help. Delivery orders used to show up promptly during the delivery window and now don't show up at all, unless you are willing to pay a 20% tip to the driver. Groceries are already expensive enough, I am not going to tip my driver a 20% delivery tip for a service I already pay for on a $400 grocery bill for my family of 5. Walmart is absolutely going to lose a customer with my household all because they decided to cheap out and change how they manage their delivery services!!
