She is so kind and very smart. That being said, the other pharmacy staff can be touch and go. It seems to be a lot better than previously. I'm mad at myself for forgetting her name- it's either Judy or Jody- and I've always thought we were so lucky to have her as our local pharmacist. The other pharmacist isn't necessary "not nice", he's very good at his job but his bedside manner isn't as warm and fuzzy. Not to say he's rude because that's not it at all. The pharmacy is completely closed every day from 1:30 to 2:00 for lunch break. I work with the public myself, and we use staggered lunch breaks. We would never think of closing down completely in the middle of the day.

There was a 3-day buffer on picking up medicine. Meaning something that was to be refilled could be refilled 3 days early. Today I was in the Kinney store and needed something refilled. I was 3 days early. Just like i have always done. Only to be told you can only pick up meds the day before refill date. And that was the policy. I'm on 6 different meds. And with all of life's obligations I don't know how people can live with that without sometimes running out. Very poor corporate policy.
