    Hate this pharmacy! I've taken all my prescription business to Walgreen's! Terrible customer service. I'd give zero stars if I could.

    As far as large regional grocery store chains go, Giant Eagle is fine. I've never had a customer…read moreservice issue or significant issue, apart from one lost item by their dry cleaning contractor, over years of visiting their Market District and the brand locations like this one. Staff is friendly and helpful, though as I'll describe in a moment, I manage to avoid them anyway. This location is the smaller of the two in the Cranberry area, with a scaled back selection to match. Produce is notably more limited, and some more unusual items are missing from the shelves (and one popular item -quite often fresh thyme herbs have gone AWOL). But, this location is also usually less crowded. Balancing that is the parking lot which could have a more convenient layout. The deli here often has a longer wait than other GE/MD locations. I'm about equal distance from this location and the Cranberry one, so why come here? One reason - the Scan, Pay & Go system. This is their mobile self-checkout system where you can use your smartphone or one of their hand scanners to scan your items as you shop. You scan a bar code on the way out the door, wave a phone for payment, and you're done. I don't even need to bring a wallet. And if you don't feel like talking to anyone, you don't have to. And even if you walk out with a heaping cartful of items, you won't feel the anxiety of blocking the self-checkout lane with all your stuff. The location is clean. In-store prepped foods and premades are on point. Breads and daily items are stocked up in the morning and top items like milk and yogurts are restocked throughout the day. I've had to ask for something (not thyme) maybe once in a couple of years. Good local grocery. Split our dollars between this location, Costco, and Fresh Thyme in Cranberry and the Whole Foods in Wexford. Due to the Scan Pay & Go system, I find this one to be the most pleasant shopping experience.

    I really appreciate how friendly this location is. They must be well managed. My parents are…read moredisabled and older and who here a couple of times a week. I'm out of town but go with them when I'm back. They have a special service lane for handicapped people and they never act impatient or frustrated (my dad doesn't hear well and my mom has to use the motorized cart and it takes a minute for them to manage everything and check out. They act like you've made their day for choosing this store. It may seem silly but it's hard for my parents to get out and groceries and dinner are kind of a date night for them so it means a lot to me to know they are treated well.

    In the past few years, I have occasionally shopped in this Walmart store. This store has a good…read moreselection of clothing, office supplies, cleaning supplies, health products, beauty products, pet supplies, electronics, furniture, children's toys, groceries, gardening supplies, etcetera. Prices are slightly lower than other stores' prices. This store also has a pharmacy, vision center, and photo center. During my most recent visit, I returned some merchandise that I had purchased online, and I bought additional merchandise in person. At the customer-service desk, I had to wait in line for several minutes before an employee served me. For some reason, he thought that my pillows and pillow covers were from two separate orders, but after I explained, he correctly refunded my payment to my credit card. In the store, I looked at office supplies and over-the-counter medications, and I founded what I needed. I felt happy with the quality and prices of those products. I used the self-checkout and experienced no problems with the machine.

    this walmart is an absolute train wreck. for the 3rd time in the past 4 months we have placed a…read moremostly grocery delivery order of 52 items. through walmart.com we selected to pay $3 extra for expedited delivery within 3 hours. at 4 hours we received a message that our order was delayed. at 5 hours we called the store and spoke with jake in the online delivery dept and he told me that we did not order from walmart, that we ordered through spark? i gave him our delivery confirmation number from walmart.com. he responded with "uhhh i dont know man, dont know what to tell you" i asked for a manager and he hung up on me. i immediately called back jake answered the phone i said jake you hung up on me we got disconnected by accident. again he said "oh uhhhh i dont know" again i asked for a manager i heard him talking to someone else and he was being very rude and said to this other person " i told this guy he did not order through us and he wants a manager. the other person who it turns out his name is brendan got on the phone and he asked for my delivery confirmation number the last 4 digits and my name. i told him. he said "there aint nothing i can do" i asked are you a manager he said no i am a dept head. i asked him again what do you mean there is nothing you can do? he replied with "look man i dont know what to tell you, maybe you should try another store" i was fuming at this point but kept my cool. i asked him can i please speak with a store manager. he asked me to hold on and within 5 seconds responded with " there aint no manager to talk to and he hung up on me. so now i proceeded to call walmarts main number 1-800-925-6278. i was on the phone for approximately 15 minutes explaining my situation and was advised to cancel my order and reorder it. i explained that this has happened before and it takes up to 3 to 5 business days to get a refund and we do not have any funds on our card to reorder. we had just returned home from vacation and had placed a very large order which wiped out what we had on our debit card. we had very little left in our home to eat because we were gone for 3 weeks and did not want food spoiling in our refrigerator and we had cleaned it out. at this point it is 10:15 pm we had no money on our card to reorder and would not get the order until the next day. the pizza shops were closed to order anything so soup it is which is fine. i got side tracked sorry so the girl on the phone said sorry. i asked to talk with a supervisor she said please hold and she hung up on me and we will just say we got disconnected to be nice. i called the main number again went through all the information and again got nowhere. i asked can i please speak with a supervisor or manager which i was told i am a supervisor ( this persons name was deeksha) i asked there is no other supervisor or manager to talk to, she said no. this is crazy and i have had enough the whole point is this is the 3rd time in 4 months that this has happened with the cranberry twp pennsylvania walmart and it did not happen that we had no food in our home the other 2 times but to place an order and just not get anything no phone call from the store no apologies nothing and when we finally did speak to a manager at the store the other 2 times we finally did get an apology but keep getting told that there is nothing they can do at times they cant find drivers and things get messed up. this is absolutely ridiculous that a super corporation like walmart cannot get deliveries right and just does not deliver and no one calls us to let us know that hey we cannot find a driver and apoligize. so we will be placing our order with another walmart that is close to us in gibsonia,pa that does not seam to have the problems that cranberry twp, pa walmart has. this store is anabsolute joke it is too big for their britches and when it comes down to it they just do not care plain and simple and we have had corporate tell us we are sorry we get mant complaints every dat about this store and we are sorry but it is out of our hands? well who's hands is it in?? it is time that we are making calls to our local tv channels tomorrow morning and see where this goes. it is to the utmost dissapointing that the store ties up our money and just does not care!!! wow well we will see if anybody contacts us after this review and who knows maybe you will see me on the news in the next couple of days?
