Family RX has been great right after a dr visit my son needed a prescription. We walked in waited maybe 5-10mins and the prescription was filled. Easy and simple transaction with a lot of help and smiles. Not to mention my baby was crying from shots and it didn't seems to phase them. So I grabbed it from the bottom with both hands... But by the time I got to my steps, the heavy stuff on the top fell forward, the bag ripped completely open, and stuff started falling out. I lost my balance, tripped up my front step and fell on all fours, cutting my knee open in the process. Now I'm bleeding, my wrist hurts, my shampoo bottle is cracked open, it smashed a bag of chips, leaked everywhere, and I'm pissed, because a 5 minute lesson from good management could have prevented this!! Do better!!
