I can only speak on the pharmacy. I been there quite a bit and it always seems as if there's ALAWYS some sort of an issue... i originally started going there because it's close to home and it has a drive through so I always think ok it will be more convenient. WRONG. I was just there a few days ago to pick up my daughters antibiotic the doctor sent over. I pulled up to the window and they said come back in a half hour. I said ok . I went to do some running around than returned after about 45 min or so. And I pulled up to the window and a worker said we just received the order , it should be ready in a half hour. WHAT!! I said I was already told that 45 min ago. So she said hold on and than I waited for almost a half hour... terrible services... and it's not like it only happened one time... so yes I will be looking to do business else where read more

Pharmacy doesn't really seem to care. When we are there, they are very nice. My wife had shingles and they convinced her to get the shot. She took the first one and the kid her to come back for the second one. They were out and didn't get restocked for months. After then because my tired of me calling, they took our information down and said they would call us. Again a few months went by and we called again. They said they had one left and we needed to hurry. Very disappointed! read more

My husband and I frequent this rite aid often enough for the thrifty ice cream guy to know what 2 scoops I enjoy and my peanut allergy but I must say the last few times we have come into this store we have been disgusted with the cleanliness it is if they do not clean their store in weeks this is not only speculation but facts due to we came to this rite aid for our normal thrifty ice cream outing and noticed how disgusting the soda racks were we commented on it with each other and left to return 2 weeks later and it is in the exact same condition same dead fly and all as if the manager is walking by it everyday and seeing it along with its customers and not doing anything about it. We will definitely be becoming new regulars at a completely different rite aid!! Yuck! read more

Thank you to whoever lost my film and failed to contact me. I've waiting for film I dropped off 4 months ago!!!! Each time I call it's something different. I've been calling since I dropped off the film after the first two week time line they gave me. I received nothing, and waited two more weeks called again. STILL NOTHING. come to find out the girl who helped me that day gave me the wrong envelope. The thing that frustrates me is that I left all of my information on that envelope and they could have simply contacted me and let me know I needed to refill or give my film back!!!! I wouldn't be as upset if it was film I didn't even care about. These two cameras carried photos of my daughter when she was a baby. They are sentimental photos and dear to me. I'm beyond upset and can't believe there's a possibility that they're completely lost. DONT DROP OFF FILM HERE. Go to an actual film development store. Went with wife and son to get ice cream and they were out of mostly everything. We called to ask for the DM and they called the Manager Robert. We asked him why every time we come in there no ice cream. He said the Freezer is broken. For 2weeks . Don't you have checks and balances to get somebody there to fix it. I wonder if the food is completely defrosted and then freezes again. Going back to the manager Robert and I quote " what do you want me to so about it." No sorry or embarrassed about his out stocks in the store. He's in our community and that's not a good enough answer. He could if got ice cream from the freezer in the back ( the ice cream they sell). But he has no Customer Service skills. No Sorry, no answer when the freezer would be fixed. This store might be why their Stock keeps dropping in price because there is no Customer Retention. First impressions are important . So now my 7 year old son. Being a girly girl, I love shopping here for make up/nail polish deals. Now that summer is here, they're selling cute shoes for a good deal at about 12 dollars. The store is always clean, and they've always got the items I need in stock. I find myself coming often for beauty hauls, candies or ice cream. I do have to agree with other yelpers that for some obscure reason, the employees here have ice blood or something. There was a sweet young man with glasses, dark hair; he was very helpful, but I don't see him anymore. The short black lady. She always seems irked... guess she's just like that. Worst pharmacy around. They are ALWAYS slow. I don't think I've ever been there where they haven't gotten some wrong: time prescription will be available for pick up, super long wait times in the drive through (was stuck there 30 minutes last time I went), poor customer service, etc. unfortunately they are one of the pharmacies covered by my insurance but I think I will drive further just to avoid this pharmacy and their terrible service. read more

If I could give this Store negative stars I would. no matter what time of day, or what day of the week there is always A long line that moves incredibly slow. It took me 15 minutes to check out At 10:30 am on a Tuesday morning. There are usually plenty of staff on the floor however they do not go to the registers to help. Usually the customer service person jumps on multiple registers at one time thinking they are helping the line, but in reality they're extending all of our wait times because they are not completely helping anybody and are not completing any transactions. It's really convenient to go to this store because it's close to home and every time I think they are going to be better but they are not. Save yourself some time and Go to the competitor down the street. It might be an extra two minutes on your drive, but You save about 10 minutes On your total trip And won't leave angry. read more

This is the worst pharmacy we've ever used! I won't even give them a star, they are not worth it! Imagine I transferred all our prescriptions from a smaller pharmacy to this one just because this pharmacy is closer to our house not knowing that I'll encounter the most un professional employees in this branch of a famous Rite Aid! Every time we give them our new prescriptions they will make us wait for longer than 30 min. They will take it, the written prescriptions and when we come back they said it's not on file or they don't have it. It's a pain to lose our paper so I make it a point to get a xerox copy from them. Beware folks, be sure to get a copy of your prescriptions coz they will lose it. And they won't even call the doctor's for a refill. You give them the business and you'll still be the one to call your doctor for a refill?. I'm just spoonfeeding them!. And if you don't pick it up right away which they won't even remind you while you are there they will put it back in the shelf. You have to wait for a month again for a refill!. I live right up the street from this store. It's walking distance so my fiancé and I are always taking walks almost every day to this place. They usually have everything I need there. I never get ice cream there though because we sell the same at my work at Anya's pizza. And they are usually always out of beer in the back...well at least the kind I get. The lines are usually very long almost EVERYTIME I go in there. Getting everything I need usually takes less time then waiting to check out. There's one gentlemen there who's always on top of it and always blasting through the line a lot faster then the other employees...I think they need to hire more staff because the lines are just ridiculous...I understand that sometimes your on your own and you try your hardest to get through the lines as quickly as you can so I don't blame the staff. I blame management. They need to have more registers open with an employee at each one other then one employee working 2 registers. That's not fair to your employees or customers. On 1/17/15 I called in to the Pharmacy. Tracy helped me, I've never used this location to pick up my medication. She informed me I was out of refills for my medication. She tried getting a hold of my Dr. she was not able to do so. She really went out of her way to do everything she could, including lending me 3 days worth of medication until we get a hold of the Dr. I really appreciate her efforts on going above and beyond her duties. read more
