The clerk explained that Rite-Aid processes these transactions as a "courtesy" and I should just go to another location. I couldn't believe my ears! The manager Chris confirmed the statement. Pardon me, but I thought Western Union was a legitimate business, not a favor processing service. You would think that a store like Rite Aid would have reserves in their safe for such issues and that workers, especially management would do all they can to solve a simple problem as such.
