This is the worst place to get medicine I use to come all the way from Ambler 14yrs ago the pharmacy went down hill they rude and are liars the only one that is nice is the white lady the rest act like the own the medicine I had a refill due 3 days ago was told I didn't it said it on my bottle so I was on the 3 way with my doctor lord behold I had a refill so I was told I can come get in in 30mins had a headache so I waited till the morning they text about some medicine that wasn't due so I call and ask about my medicine that was sopposed to had been fill last night it's not even filled so that's 3 days I missed a important medicine I need and they got rude and hung up the other people that works up front is fine it's the ones that work in the pharmacy they need to hire all new people read more

Some employees are nice, but they filled my son's prescription two days short of medication and when the doctor called in more (because the directions stated to take the full 10 days and we were only given enough for 8) my husband got a slew of questions as if we didn't know how to properly measure with a syringe. One employee even stated to another, annoyed, "ugh, these parents come in for more medicine because their kids spit it out. Well then don't let them spit it out!" A) that's not why we were there, you guys didn't fill it correctly and B) she must not have kids. Regardless, we weren't wasting medication and how dare anyone question the integrity of parents just trying to take care of their child correctly when the pharmacy failed them. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Do not go here for a Covid test. My daughter got one a week ago and the results are not back yet. Much worse than other places.

Rite Aid Lansdale has everything you need except one thing... Don't be black at around 830 pm and and get you asthma meds there because you will be accused of stealing them. I went in and bought my asthma meds and then went back to get a snack and all of a sudden a manager follows me out. She went in the dumpster to find the empty medicine box and tells me " I'm keeping an eye on you the next time I see you in here". And I said " I paid for my asthma inhaler" the cashier said I did and all the manager said was "thank you." not "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding" I'm never going there again. Ever. read more

I usually have quick transactions at this Rite Aid so I'll usually stop in at the pharmacy before work or visiting my mother. I'm usually in and out in no more than 5 minutes. I squeezed in Rite Aid during a busy schedule today thinking I'll get fast service as usual. Unfortunately my 5 minute visit took 30 minutes and I still didn't get my medication. The two women in the pharmacy today did not seem to want to talk to anybody. Even to each other. I go in with nobody in line. I was ignored by the pharmacist for 3 minutes and then by her coworker for 2 more. I finally am able to ask for my medication and they take my insurance card. Then I wait, wait, wait. I see another customer walk up and get ignored as well. She has to talk to the pharmacist directly over the clear barrier to get service. Amazing. I go back to the consultation window to see what they're doing with my order. Both of them are working on other people's orders. They finally see me and that's when they decide to tell me that my insurance card isn't working. Wow. How long would I have been waiting if I had not decided to walk up to the window when I did? I also work in a pharmacy and no matter how busy it is, it's unacceptable to make a customer wait so long for such a small issue. When I told them I wanted to just go, the pharmacist had the nerve to try to sell me a prescription plan that would get me my medication for twice the amount I usually pay for it. Really? No thanks. Giving this Rite Aid three stars because of it's previously prompt service. But I seriously hope the manager gives their pharmacy staff training in customer service in the future. read more

The store here is okay. The photo place is sadly like many other photo places- going over to digital. But the Pharmacy- you'd be better off handing your scripts to a trained dolphins because they'd probably get it right more often. I had so many problems with this pharmacy, it was astounding. I don't like to yell, and they certainly were nice, but GOD THEY WERE FUCK UPS. They couldn't comprehend my dosage and kept writing it wrong. We even asked for a print out of the times the medication was filled and circled- there were at least 5 times they gave me half the amount of medication I was supposed to have. And one of those times was that they gave me half the amount of pills, not a dosage screw up. That isn't right. This is people's lives you're fucking with and when they tell you you got it wrong, don't argue. They kept saying that the Dr's office got it wrong, which was a LIE because for a long time it wasn't a problem and now that we've changed pharmacies it hasn't been a problem since. read more
