They treat you as you are at a sitdown restaurant; the staff bring you your food, sometimes check on how you're doing throughout your meal, and offer refills all while staying seated. This Chick-fil-A is no exception to the quality and bright energy of all of the other chain locations are visited. As a legally blinded individual, it's always nice when team members offer to assist me. Upon asking where the bathroom was, they offered to guide me. I didn't need this assistance, but it was excellent for them to offer and understand how to help somebody who is blind. Had not been with my dad would have taken their offer. Chick-fil-A never disappoints with their customer service and care for detail. The food was exactly what you would expect from any Chick-fil-A.

One particular plus is that I forgot my rain jacket here. Called the next day and was able to get it quickly on the way back from where I was staying. Folks that just won't modernize. Read the reviews on this Jersey Mikes at 500 Forty-Foot Road (40 ft road? more bizarre) in Hatfield, PA. They all point to one grey-haired middle age culprit who is continually coming off rude to customers. And he is. Totally. But he's not cursing out or antagonizing customers. He's just rude. However, it doesn't seem to be personal, and he doesn't think he is, so we will overlook it. Fellow lunchers, just be aware that the man behind the counter, should you chance him serving you, will look at you weird, ask for several clarifications in either a demanding or blasé manner, maybe utter some snarky or inappropriate comment, but it's his way and he can't and won't change it. There were five cars in front of me, and my wait was less than two minutes. As I drove out, I could see the car that had been in front of me at BK hadn't moved yet. Every review I see is the same thing - slow service. The franchise owners see these reviews, so it's clear they really don't care about fixing this problem.
