My wife has a hard time saying no to things like this and kind heartedly gave her 60 dollars (after asking her the day before how much she made per hour, which I found weird) and was told she would be paid back in the next week. 3 weeks later I saw her and politely asked when she was planning on paying us back (we need the money, just like the rest of the country right now) and I was told that she is broke all the time so basically get over it, we aren't getting paid back. 2 days after this my wife went to the pharmacy to fill a prescription and was chased through the store and yelled at telling her "tell your husband to stop harassing me about the money". I'm not delusional, I'm aware we were ripped-off, I just think it's incredibly unprofessional to ask your customers to "borrow " money. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because everyone else is great. I realize that the company is going out of business but this still needs to be addressed. I spend hundreds of dollars there every week and I don't think I will ever come back after this experience.

I have to change the location where I pick up prescriptions. When you call to ask them to do this, you cannot under any conditions speak to a live person. So they direct you to accept a text to do this. Fine ..,,,EXCEPT the text link is broken. It tells you it is not working and to try the text response later. It is now many hours later and it is still broken. I tried using the app to change the location, inserting the zip code that this CVS location cites as its zip code in the Google knowlege panel when you pull it up on Google. The app responds by telling you that there is no CVS location there. (I have been there, so yes, there is a CVS there and yes, this is the correct zip code. CVS has a poorly designed and tested app.) CVS just stinks.

Had a gentleman come up and interrupt the person who was giving me my paperwork after 25 minute wait, he asked for walk up vaccines and was told they would get to him in about the same time as they quoted me with an appointment. Poor customer service and very limited services. Oh - and didn't meet their quoted wait time for the delay on my appointment time. From what they were quoting walk ups - not sure they treat appointments any differently than they do walk ups.

" then my husband went back AGAIN at 3:50 pm and was told " IT STILL Wasnt READY BECAUSE HE WAS DOING FLU SHOTS" so he called me from the parking lot and I called with frustration because my daughter had been crying for hours in pain . They then proceeded to tell me that they had 6 FLU shots to do and they couldn't give me a exact time! after I said I would pick her script up and go somewhere else they then said another 20 min! !!!Beware!!! Purchased 4 tires for my GMC 3500HD scheduled install at Plymouth NH store. I live in…read moreColumbia and this was the closest store, 2 hrs 1 direction. Leave the truck with service to have tires installed go start my shopping get an email 10 minutes later appointment canceled, whats up with that. Go to service counter speak with tech who proceeds to tell me my truck weighs 12000 lbs and is to heavy for the lift. They already canceled my appointment and started a refund for the install what about the tires well you have to call this 800 number to get a return ok load them in the back of my truck. Meantime I already know the truck weighs no where near 12,000 lbs that is the GVRW, the curb weight is 8206 lbs but I could tell they needed an excuse the whole crew played into the fact it was to big for their lift and proceeded to tell me the crapy equipment that walmart provides them to work with. I drive another 2hrs home and call the number for the store manager they had a big sign on the wall in the service department and get a menu for all the departments store directory. Dial zero for operator speak to person on the other end who tells me the manager is busy and cant take my call, I tell her I have a problem with automotive and need to speak with her; ok you'll have to wait a few minutes she is busy ok so hold. Dead air crickets waiting holding...after 3 minutes I hang up fuming my time is valuable too. I would not have any work on my vehicle that does not know how to look up specifications on a vehicle so I'd BEWARE! if you go their expecting to get work done to your car feeling lucky.
