0 rating. Shame on this pharmacist! I took my 20 yr old son, J to receive his 2nd dose of Pfizer Covid Vaccine. The pharmacist who administered it, did not identify himself, he did not ask my son any questions prior to injecting him. He took us into a little room that I'm assuming they use as a medical office, and as we were waiting as he prepared the shot, he did not say anything to us, he just injected my sons arm put a bandaid and told us to wait outside the office. I told the pharmacist that my son almost passed out last time and I didn't want him to get up for a few minutes. The pharmacist replied "he can't wait in here, go sit out there". So we sat back in the waiting area and the pharmacist went back inside the pharmacy. A minute later, my son said he didn't feel well, his eyes rolled back in his head and his body started to jerk, and my son lost consciousness. I screamed for help, the pharmacist looked at us through the window but proceeded to do whatever he was doing. He took his time then opened the door and I asked for some water. He closed the door went back inside the pharmacy. Meanwhile my son still is limp in my arms, no color in his face, and sweating all over his body. The pharmacist came out and handed me a sucker and went back inside to work. A few mins went by a pharmacy tech got me some cold water (she was nice) but went back inside as well. I continued to work on getting my sons consciousness back on my own without any assistance. The whole incident went on for over a half hour to 45 mins. Not once did the pharmacist offer help. I needed up calling a Nurse I knew to bring me a blood pressure monitor. This nurse drove over on their own, my sons blood pressure was 86/57, heart rate 56. We stayed with my son until he was stable enough to leave but not once did the pharmacist come out to offer help or check on my son. They even closed up the pharmacy and left while we were still there. I believe this is very unsafe and unprofessional, and people who are not qualified to assess for emergency situation or adverse reactions should not be administering vaccines let alone Covid vaccines. Please review this case and stop this from happening to other people. This situation should have been handled by medical professionals. I have been getting prescriptions and ice cream at the Rancho Vista rite aid for years... unfortunately I am disabled and right now not capable of walking in the store, so I called and asked about curbside pickup (which wAs only for 4 tubs of ice cream ) I had explained that I cannot walk at this time, the employee went to the management and was told they could not help me. Most stores are actually doing curbside so I was surprised when my local store wouldn't help me... Employee "Deb" (Deborah F) is a poor example of a retail store associate. After I'd made my purchase she literally chased me outside the store and demanded to see my receipt!!! There was no behavior to suggest theft, there IS no video surveillance of theft being committed, because it was not. I was in possession of the sales receipt. Without observing shoplifting actually taking place an assumption was made and foolishly acted upon. This woman knowing nothing drew a rash conclusion and did not bother to apologize once it became evident that she'd erred. I entered and exited with a reusable grocery bag. I suppose this alone is grounds to make an accusation of shoplifting, right? Beware of this middle-aged woman, she is a weathered-appearing stock clerk/cashier that wears a faded polo shirt and has poor oral hygiene. She is highly confrontational and combative. This Rite Aid worker is in desperate need of coaching by her employer on what constitutes acceptable and appropriate treatment of customers. read more

This place gets a -10 for their loss prevention dept. After spending over $100.00, I was accused of stealing cough medicine by a loss prevention employee in front if other customers while exiting the store. I was in total shock. I carry a man bag and reached into my bag looking for my phone while in the isle of the cough medicines. My friend and I where handling the boxed medicine but I never out the boxes medicine in my bag as lp claims. My advise to LP... Review the fucking tapes before you accuse people of stealing. My advice to all consumers that shop here....if you carry a purse, a bag or a man purse DO NOT OPEN up your bag because you'll be falsely accused of stealing. Nuff said...I'm calling my lawyer. read more

Jeff is crazy, it's a effing crazy! Can't find help? It's a freaking overgrown convienence store!!! There's a maximum of 12 lanes in the store, don't be in a rush and read the overhead descriptive signs for what the aisles carry lol. This place has GREAT deals on beer most everyday of the week! I defy you to find a 12 pack of St. Paulie Girl (they stock the dark variety as well +1) or other similar brews for similar pricing. Domestic beers are on sale at different times throughout the year, but come the various holidays throughout the year this is the place to stop by for beverage and snackery. read more

Rite Aid is changing for the good some of there employees are very nice and others are just simply rude .The prices are the same as walgreens I love the coupons they offered and all the discounts items they sale once a week there's always something on discount for 50 or 60 percent off and Walgreen never had any sales like that . read more

I recently submitted my wedding photos online to have them printed at this store. I selected the same day service and received an email stating they were ready to be picked up. I proceeded to the store and they weren't ready as "I ran out of paper, I need to go get more from another store. They will be done tomorrow". This was Sunday. On TUESDAY I still hadn't received a phone call so I went myself to the store. I was told "Oh i think he called you" and I stated no he hadn't. The manager gave me a discount which I was thankful for until I opened my pictures. Our heads are cutoff in almost all of them!! Even the 8x11 prints. We spent $30 for useless pics and now we will have to spend more to have them printed again. Thanks rite-aid. I used to frequent your store for items but I am no longer a customer. Absurd! read more

Stopped in after striking out at my local Walgreens and CVS for some of my favorite health and beauty products and was delighted to discover a good selection and GREAT prices. A number of items that I usually buy were two or three dollars less a piece than the same item at the other stores, I went in looking for something in particular but when I saw the prices I loaded up on some of my usual but pricey purchases like the disposable heating pads in the red box and some of my favorite makeup items. Pharmacists were available and helpful and were able to help me find an over the counter product I wanted to try on a scar but could not remember the name of. Store is not well lit and freshened up like our local Walgreens and CVS stores (which are becoming sort of a scourge on the landscape (do we really need one on every block?) but what this store lacked in aesthetic appeal, it made up for with great prices, great selection and exceptionally nice customer service help, which more and more seems to be a thing of the past. read more
