I Love All Of The Samples And It's Good to have it if you're very hungry and of course if you want food to get go the food court

WOrST costco i've been to EVER. It's almost comical as it was a chain reaction of bad things: - major line to order food. First machine was stuck and broken. 2nd one didn't take my card (that i use everywhere). 3rd worked. - i then moved to the pick up lime for food. After 15 min of waiting, the line was closed and we had to merge int another one. When i finally got to the counter like 30 min in, they told me they didn't have cheese pizza. Jokes on me because i've been vegetarian 36 years.. so i had to wait for it (another 25 minutes!!!!!) but then i asked for water and the guy gave me a non cold bottle. I asked if they had cold, they didn't. He gave me a cup so i could get ice, which was nice.. i went to first soda machine for ice: NO ICE. I went to 2nd one: : NO ICE. I went to third one: NO ICE. Lol.. and 25 minutes in, I finally got my slice of cheese after Fighting them and reminding them! read more

After getting my tires rotated, I came back for a torque check. Gerry was there to greet me. I told him what I needed. He asked for my phone number and Costco card. Once he had my info, he scanned my card. I also mentioned that my tire light had come on, and I was hoping they could take a look. Gerry said no worries, gave me the instructions, and told the guys to take care of me. I went to the spot he told me to, and Luis helped me out right away. Before I could even tell him why I was there, Luis was already working on it. He explained everything as he went. It was super quick! Gerry and Luis were both professional and nice. read more

Good meats and good selection of household goods, but last 3 years the Cara Cara oranges have been dry not juicey. Won't return because this place will give you problems because after returning bad items on a few occasions, they start hassling you. read more

I'm gobsmacked by leaving a negative review for my usual favorite staple shopping. This is BY FAR the absolute worst Costco I've ever been to. Today was my third time here, 3 strikes and you're out. Employees were abhorrent and rude, like they work for wal-mart. I spent nearly $700 and before I knew it all of my items were thrown on top of each other after scanning. No boxes, no organization, not even standing upright. All thrown into a cart pile. Just WOW. I had 47 items dumped like a dump truck into my cart. Shocking really. Customer service for a return required me to show my Costco card 5x, back & forth with the e-receipt all in the app (sounds easier than it actually was). Another first. I've been shopping at Costco since it was Price Club. This hellacious store was a first (three separate times). When I asked clerk, Angel, how the car wash worked since it was my first time using it, was there a code? She was so rude "there's no code" and rolled her eyes. I stared at her waiting, when she handed me the receipt then she mentioned giving the receipt to the attendant. Well, tysm. The car wash attendant was the best employee I interacted with. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. The employees at this Costco are extremely rude. Especially the bigger girl that works the customer return desk. On 4/30 @ around 4pm she acted like we were inconveniencing her while she was gossiping to her coworker. If they're gonna hire such rude people they should have better signage. read more

I was in the Lancaster store today around lunch time - 1:00 pm, it was a madhouse. I had my tot in tow. He is tall, I'm short, he kinda blocks my view when pushing him in a cart. There was a 25-30 y/o Mexican girl, long black hair, whom works there, she was walking around the lunch meats area, as I came out of the produce, I did not see her, I didn't bump her but I almost did, I said, oops excuse me!, sorry! She looked at me and said, "be careful, next time!!!", in a snarky manner. I've never heard an employee at a Costco be so condescending bc we almost ran into each other and I was being kind. By apologizing and smiling. She can see I was busy with my child and trying to get out of there fast. This place is always so stressful to shop at, I've been bumped a millions times w/o apologies, it's a very unpleasant experience almost every time I've come here. read more

My review is for food court! They can't seem to pick up the phone for orders! I highly suggest you all call corporate or speak to a manager regarding this. They seem to be understaffed despite constantly hiring and not hiring. Overall the staff is trying but it seems to be a management issue lacking their part in staffing. read more

This Costco always seems to have what I need and then some. I really enjoy the meats as well as the baked goods from my local Costco. It's very convenient to be able to buy in bulk, especially paper products cause it keeps me from having to go shopping quite as often. The workers are always friendly and I think buying in bulk saves me money. read more

Very slow tire service, store in itself is poorly laid out and they definitely cater to the lower income area as far as variety. I go to a lot of different Costco's in southern California and this one they definitely don't give the better options of food. read more

I wish I could of given a higher rating.. First impressions are lasting. First of all, one of the greeters was really nasty coming in. She was so unprofessional and downright RUDE! I know it was the day after Christmas 12/26/25 close to closing time , she could have been nicer. Then we had to deal with her leaving the store! She has the capability to be nice to her own people but not to me and my Black American family. I get it! We are senior citizens! My husband and I came in to renew our membership. The guy who took our picture and did the process of renewing was so great, making the process easier. I would give him 5 stars.. I have crowd anxiety at box stores! read more

I was wearing my USC (University of Southern California) baseball cap minding my own business being respectful and polite in the very busy food court on Sunday, November 2, 2025 when a Costco employee who was sweeping in the food court (a gray haired older gentleman) came up to my table to sweep under it so I got up and allowed him to sweep and then when he left he told, you are polite unlike the typical USC graduates which I felt was extremely rude and inappropriate to take a swipe at my alma mater and it's graduates (many of whom are my friends). And it shows bad customer service training by the Costco management at this location to allow their employees to say such attacking things as there are so many nicer things he could have said like, thanks for letting me sweep Trojan...great school by the way, or great job representing So Cal and beating Nebraska yesterday in football. That swipe against my school was enough for me to leave that day after I ate my pizza slice and drive down the street to Sam's Club where I am as a member as well and do my $1,000+ shop for the two weeks for my wife, kids and parents. So, at Sam's I was there for a long shop and no Sam's Club employees took a swipe at my alma mater and it was a great experience, so I am switching my big shops to Sam's Club now since their employees do not take personal swipes at me and my clothing and what is bizarre is that just a few weeks ago I was at the Chino Hills Costco exiting and the girl swiping my receipt was making fun of my baby boy saying how small he is when is actually 2 years old, is a 99% percentile baby in height, weight and head circumference and we have him wearing 4 and 5 year boy's clothing. So even though Costco may have good products and good pricing, they obviously have terrible customer service training. I could go on about other customer service incidents as well. read more

The staff at the food court are highly unqualified, disturbed and outstandingly disrespectful. I am so sorry for giving this review, but they should have good, kind and professional personnel. We called for some pizza, and we were met with a condescending tone, and "advised" to "come sit in line". We work in hospitality, and never once had this attitude. When we insisted to get a phone order and came, the order wasn't even placed. This, combined with the laziness, rudeness and the ridiculously disorganized food court make this Costco location a no-no. Please be advised. read more

Always neat and clean although the self serve registers often share the main pharmacy aisle waiting to check out. Those at the registers are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacists are great making sure you understand your medicines and any possible side effects. Pharmacist Jenny always puts a smile on my face. The Pharmacy has a good selection of items for sale.and most of the prices can't be beat. I like that they keep track of my medicines and always remind when to reorder. read more

Not one of my favorite Costco locations but since we were in the area, my wife wanted to stop by to pick up a few things. And their gas lines can literally back up into the street. Always super crowded. We came looking for paper towels and napkins; all sold out. So not to leave totally empty handed we picked up a few other items. One score was a can of Kirklands Super Extra-Large Peanuts. Something we can no longer find at our local Santa Clarita Costco. But we won't be driving all the way out to Lancaster just for this one item. We did stop by, the very limited seating, indoor food court to order a couple of hot dogs and sodas. I was very fortunate to grab a table while Jackie put in our orders. This was my first visit to a Costco food court since they started allowing customers access to the drink dispensers or condiments table for themselves again. With the onset of Covid, the servers were doing all that for you behind the counter. Although there still are no chopped onions for the hot dogs yet. read more

Costco has the best steaks to grill. Many cuts and sizes. Also love the crab and roasts. Great for meal preps and larger dinners!

The quality isn't as good as it used to be, but I do still love them. It can get crowded here, people love buying in bulk.

We love this place. Come here every 1-2 weeks. Amazing prices. Good and cheap food. Crowded on weekends but worth it for the prices!

When you thought it couldn't get any slower they implemented some new card scanners at the entrance. Long line of folks waiting in the hot sun ridiculous. I wonder what corporate idiot thought of this idea. It's not enough that the card has your picture on it - now wait even for folks to scan their cards. What next a fingerprint scanner. As many coworkers (Chris, Jodi, Jenn...im talking about you) have commented on we have an affinity for Costco. In particular we love going to a new one. Many have local only items and its always fun to fins something new. In the case of the Lancaster version, while I had used the gas station on multiple occasions, I had never gone in.... This particular Costco is fairly large, and it was modeled as they typically are. The entrance area has electronics, followed by homes goods, then food, and the health area. The center is clothes and seasonal items. The staff and customer service was typical Costco, friendly and on point. The checkout lines moved with speed and the place was spotlessly clean. As I stated in my review of the  Mountain View location, we do have some rules to help keep my Costco obsession under control: 1) NEVER EVER go in hungry. That 25 gallons of dill pickle chips is much easier to resist on a full stomach.... true story there. 2) Avoid the free samples. People seem to lose their minds with this stuff. They abandon carts with crying babies, block isles, etc all to get that tiny portion of hummus. I have been shoved aside by someone desperate to get a free piece of cheese. Honestly I have seen more dignity from actual starving people in a disaster zone but I digress. COVID had put a damper on this but I hear it coming back...... 3) Avoid the weekends like the plague. 4) See #1 5) Go often. Costco uses alot of psychology and the fear of missing out is one of them. Odd items you must have pop up then go never to return. I CAN'T MISS OUT AGGGGGGG 6) Know your codes: At costco any price ending in 0.97 means it has been marked down. Any price that is not a 0.99 or .97 such as say 0.49 means it has a manufacturers discount. and price with an * on it means its done and will not be reordered so stock up. If it ends in a .00 or a 0.88 a manager has reduced the price at that location to clear it out. 7) When in an unfamiliar city head to the Costco. They always stock local items you can't find at yours (like two pounds of single origin Kona coffee for 30.00 at the Kilaua / Kona store etc.) and have cheap gas. read more

Way too expensive they keep raising prices. It shouldn't have to cost over $400 for a cart of goods. Should only be $200 max. These prices are ridiculous. Cancel your membership and shop elsewhere this store is highway robbery. read more
