What could improve in Pharmacy? Cleanliness. The first picture is of the front door walking in filthy and tattered. The other photos are all in Pharmacy. Rite Aid pharmacy has always struggled on meeting the mark; however, they've significantly declined. At least present an image of cleanliness, genuine, kindness, being on time for Vaccination appointments. Arrived five minutes early for my vaccination, nobody was being vaccinated and nobody was in line. I waited 15 minutes beyond my appointment time. Not a problem, but while I was sitting really got grossed out by looking at the dried and sticky stains on the Pharmacy table, the filth, grime, grease, and Hair on the floor, up against the wall, the scuff marks all around just overall uncleanliness. I can assure you, there is no sterilization going on cleaning counters or table tops or chair arm rest and there are a lot of sick. People who come through here. For a symbol of sanitation, this is not meeting expectations. There are a couple of amazing employees who work here that we have loved over the years, but will sadly be moving on to CVS. The filth is disgusting. Invest in a maintenance crew who will clean your store, especially the pharmacy where people go for healing. read more

This Rite Aid has the nicest employees. From the pharmacy counter to the front cashiers, you are sure to receive the services you need, with kindness and a smile. I always come here for my prescriptions because this location is on my way home from work. The pharmacy workers are like warriors. Even when they are slammed busy, you can tell they take their jobs seriously and care about the work they do. The parking lot is large, so finding a "good spot" is never hard to do. The strip mall where this Rite Aid is located has a few good restaurants, too. In case you also want a bite to eat! read more

I would give a zero if possible. Meds NEVER ready when they say they will be. If you are getting pain meds they treat you like you are breaking some sort of law or moral code. Pain meds are ALWAYS an issue at the Poulsbo Pharmacy....ALWAYS! The staff is worse than pathetic. Uneducated, nit helpful, and lazy. I can see why Riteaid has money issues! read more

HOW is this place still in business? Every time I go in, shelves and walls are half empty. Today, I bought something and when the ticket came up on the reader it said - "two items". I told the clerk, "I only bought ONE item?" He let the transaction go through. Yeah. Apparently RITEAID AUTOMATICALLY charges you extra for some charity. There's no question of "do you want to". Seems illegal to me! Clerk was like "oh, yeah, that's automatic". He then asked if I'd like it refunded. Um NO. I just won't ever be back. Problem solved. read more

The pharmacy gets a 5 star review purely because Jasper the pharmacist goes above and beyond in his care, advocacy, and help for his clients. He is a wonderful human. The rest of the staff is great and always working so hard to keep up with need/demand. The wait times and lines can get long, but the staff does their best to keep up. The actual store has always been a favorite of mine. I appreciate their makeup policy. read more

The pharmacy doesn't pay attention if your copay limit has been met and makes you pay it anyway. Some copays as high as $30 per medication good luck trying to get it back. So now I have to line the pharmacists pockets to live on this island? There are way better places to live in the area that are not BI where you can do business without being ripped off. read more

horrible staff, they never answer the phone, and when they do they put you on hold for a Lifetime, then you go in to find out nobody's in line they arnt busy just lazy. Don't go here. there is one pharmacist that goes above and beyond but the assistants are rude, just rude. my mother went in to send my brother money for his glasses he's homeless and got jumped by some people, he can't see without them she proceeds to say "well if he doesn't have a home then you shouldn't be sending him money" proceeds to go off on a diatribe about what he could do with the money, little did she know he sent a photo of the broken glasses and a photo of his new ones after money got sent. i went in for my dexdrene and the short Asian lady proceeds to say your adderall isnt ready yet; previously taking adderall I thought that wasn't right and she continued insisting the dextroamphetamine was adderall even though it's a mix of amphetamine too. causing a major confusion leading to me going back to my doctor to learn it was the right med. read more

I've been shopping at this Rite Aid for years and it never occurred to me to review it- until now. Having switched our prescriptions to the Rite Aid Pharmacy from CVS, I now have something to say. The pharmacists in charge aren't bad. I love Jasper he's so chill. But the technician, Vicky? I can't stand her. Even after seeing my ID with my legal name, she still calls me by my dead name. I will be reporting her for discrimination. read more

I love the staff at the Poulsbo Rite Aid, all of them, but especially the pharmacy team! All of the pharmacists, technicians and cashiers were friendly and always remembered me by name and made intelligent and relevant conversation. Store employees and cashiers are always most helpful and when asked where an item is, will walk you to it. I still enjoy Rite Aid and shop there over Walmart. read more

This is my daughters favorite store because she likes to shop for nail polish here. I don't usually go to this location but when I am in the area and if I need something that just can't wait for a Walmart or Target run I usually can find it here. read more

A bit run down. Sort of reminds me of a farmers market. Clearly this place could use a renovation! But they do have all the usual things you'd expect to see at a Rite Aid. It's a national chain so expect to see the same old same old. read more

This is by far one of the worst drug stores I've ever been in. Never have I had my change wrong so many times. They hardly ever have working registers and they don't seem motivated to do anything about it, ever. The staff is not knowledgable on anything in the store, they are unhelpful and usually more on the rude side (maybe because they get complained about well and often). If it wasn't so convenient to shop there I would avoid it, and sometimes I do. read more

I have only been here once and it was my first time in a store in Poulsbo. Within ten minutes of me being there, a worker came up to me and asked me if I was with my parents(I'm 20 years old) and told me that I need to make my selection and leave. I was appalled. The only thing I had picked out so far was a candle. Don't think I'll be coming back here. All of the staff was rude except for one sweet lady at the register who told me not to take it personally and she apologized on the workers behalf. The way their store is aligned is slightly confusing as well. read more

I wouldn't even give this store one star, but it's what I have to choose from. I had an absolute terrible experience with this pharmacy. Oddly enough it wasn't busy at the time, yet I still had to wait 40 minutes for them to call my name. The older gal with the makeup was the one that "helped" me. This was of course after the gal in front of me had to stand there for 10 minutes before she even acknowledged the woman standing directly 3 feet in front of her. She had a bad attitude and no sense that anyone had anything better to do than to stand in her line and wait for her to do something. But, the kicker out of the whole experience was that they gave me the wrong prescription! They wrapped the right label on a bottle of unknown pills that were not what I was prescribed. So, on my lunch break I had to go to the Kingston store to get it squared away. Good thing I noticed and hadn't taken them or they would have a lawsuit on their hands! Talk about negligence. So I speak with the manager at the other store and she says, "Oh I think their manager is on vacation." Because that is justification enough for the negligence. Unbelievable...I recommend nobody waste their time with this lousy store that clearly does not care about it's customers! Never again will I step foot in a Rite Aid. read more

Have had nothing but great customer service at their pharmacy. Their staff have gone out of their way on several occasions for me, and I always get my medications quickly and with a smile. After many poor experiences with pharmacies, I am very grateful for the staff there! read more
