I was so close to not making the trip, but glad I did. There is some parking outside, but there is also paid parking close by. The inside looks like your typical burger joint; limited seating, tiny counter, and 2 self-service spots where you can place your order. Not only do they serve burgers, they also sell local beers as well, given there is a brewery nearby. If you pick the right seat you could see them preparing your order. I ordered the "Firehouse Burger," and the name says it all! Regardless, this burger was huge and packed with flavor. I felt like I was about to break my jaw when I took my first bite. The patty was cooked perfectly with melted pepper jack cheese. Also included was jalapeño, which was done 3 ways: smoked, pickled and crispy. Their habanero was not only delicious, but also carried a kick to it l. I tried to add some vegan bacon, sadly they ran by the time I arrived. Maybe about 10 seats. Being right on the waterfront, you really wanna get your food to go and eat outside. Service - self serve kiosk and a pick up window. That being said when doing food pickup they were really nice. Food - These were some hearty burgers. I had the kimchi burger, my fiance had the bacon burger. I didn't know until afterwards these were plant based! I would never have known. Burger was so good and juicy. We both also got fries, I had the garlic fries and I swear there was like a half cup of minced garlic on them lol no complaints. They also have some nice beer/cider selection. It was a little pricey but they delivered on a solid burger. Overall this was a perfect end to our day in Poulsbo. Grabbing food here and finding a bench on the water on a nice day, nothing beats that. If you're in Poulsbo, gotta stop here.

When the weather is good, there are 3 small tables outside. During rush times, all seats can fill. Parking can also be problematic, which can be frustrating. There just aren't that many spots. Service is generally good, and the staff attentive. Online orders through their website almost never work well, however. Two times in a row we showed up at the designated time, only to find that out order had not been made, and we had to spend valuable time clarifying or just plain telling them that we had an order (which we had paid for).

The star of the store is large offering of handmade chocolates in the middle of the store. You can buy by the piece and mix and match. There must have been at least a three dozen different choices. The service was friendly and helpful. The ambience combined the feel of an old time candy store with contemporary store and layout. The quality of the chocolate is high and I enjoyed my clusters.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised to see that there was such a cute coffee shop in this town AND that they had seasonal flavors along with funky and unique "classic" drinks. They have fresh flowers for sale and tote bags that one of the baristas designed herself! The barista was so sweet and made the visit go so smoothly. The drinks were delicious, creamy and you could taste the different syrups. The flavor combos and specialty drinks were so unique and if I lived anywhere nearby this would be my routine coffee stop, I am OBSESSED with their flavor combos. Note to the owner: I hope you slowly open up more shops, maybe in the Seattle Area :D If you're coming into town to visit, skip all the other coffee shops and head straight here.
