NO LIGHTS IN PARKING LOT for new CVS?!?! It was this dark as Rite Aid, STILL dark as CVS! You need a flashlight to walk across the lot and maybe some pepppepper spray! Honestly the reviews about the attitude problem, is spot on. There's this man and at this point every time he answers I just hang up and try again later. Kind of sucks sometimes that they are the only people who don't run out of my prescription. The vibe at times is almost as if I the customer is forcing them to work there but, I got an attitude problem too so I'm fine it's just a little jarring at times. read more

I am so F fed up with this place. The pharmacy is awful. I think there are 1 maybe 2 actual pharmacists who are kind and compassionate. That is it. I have been a patient since 2015. It's true that they put off filling scripts until you show up. One time I patiently waited thee entire day and when I called at night asking where it was the pharmacist asked "oh you need this today?". YES. My Dr sent it in at 9am. Today specifically my husband showed up to pick up a script and I heard a voice say "we just got it but we can fill it in about 40 min." Not true either. My Dr sent it at 7am this morning and it was after 2pm. Then Jennifer comes back saying maybe there's an insurance issue so my husband calls our insurance and they don't have anything and can he ask her to send them the request. It was no problem they paid and cleared. Then she tells him that she can't fill it cause it's too soon. It went from we can fill in 3 days to 5 days. She was very rude and didn't explain to my husband why she was saying all these different things so he stormed off. I got on the phone with Rite Aid Pharmacists/Healthcare Professional hotline and that pharmacist didn't understand why that all happened. I called back to speak to someone other than Jennifer and I got Matthew. Very nice and patient and thorough. This pharmacy is so inconsistent. I shouldn't have to cross my fingers and pray I get someone kind on the other line. I would NOT recommend going to this location. read more

We moved out to Graham & I transferred all my meds closer to home, after a month of not being to get anything accomplished I transferred back & don't mind driving the extra few miles to have things done fast & correctly. The pharmacy doctor is extremely rude. I was trying to ensure the antibiotics the prescribed to me wouldn't affect my baby since i was breastfeeding. He was so rude in his delivery and annoyed i was asking for his assistance. Like i was bothering him. Never experienced a rude pharmaceutical doctor. Just had a terrible experience at the pharmacy drive through. I had prepaid for a prescription, but was asked to pay again. When I mentioned that I had already paid, a VERY rude woman said I hadn't (even though I was looking at my bank statement showing I had). She asked if I wanted to speak to the pharmacist and I said no. My plan was to talk with the pharmacy manager about being forced to pay twice so I rang the button to ask her name and she wouldn't pick up. Then the pharmacist gets on and he tells me the pharmacy manager is not in and that he will relay what happened. All he knows is what she told him, so I asked for her name and he refused to give it to me. They just lost a family of 6's business. read more

Im mostly rating the pharmacy. I haven't had any bad experiences and never ran into a situation where my medication want available. Staff has been pretty friendly. I think the only frustration is how long it takes to fill an order that was sent electronically from my docs office. It seems like they only start to fill my rx when i show up and ask for it. It would be nice if they had a faster turnaround time. Nothing worse than being miserable and having to wait even longer for medication to treat your symptoms. read more

I want this know that they have some awesome staff here. However the supervisor of the pharmacy Mr Henson needs to reminded he is here to help customers/patients. I was having my special needs son's medications transferred here. I was told they would take care of calling the previous pharmacy and have the meds transferred. Well three days later when I actually needed the meds for my son I went to pick them up. No meds. After 10 minutes of waiting at the drive up window Mr Henson came to the window and said we had no refills so he didn't transfer it. OK I get that we didn't have refills. When I asked why he hadn't called to let me know his response "I don't have time to call customers." What?!?! Seriously I am a nurse. Yes I should have realized my so. Had no refills but I didn't. His previous pharmacy would call to get refills. So now my son has been with out meds for a couple days because I have to get the Dr to send a new order over. Maybe that's ok for some medications but if you have psych meds that's a big no no. So Thank you Mr Henson. I really appreciate the havoc you had a hand in creating. read more

The pharmacy staff is often rude and unhelpful. My prescriptions are never filled on time and I am asked to wait another 30 minutes. Now had an experience with a great deal of miscommunication which led to the pharmacist deleting my prescription on a Thursday, didn't find out until Friday and my Dr office is not open on the weekends. The staff is all pretty nice, and always say Hi, welcome to Rite Aid even if they're busy up front, they always call up a extra cashier if 3 or more people are in line. Great store overall. The pharmacy is the ONLY pharmacy I will ever go to, the staff is amazing, one young girl that works there, I just love her! She's always in a good mood, happy, and just so happy to be working, when most people aren't, and not to mention they're SO fast compared to most places, they can normally get your meds back to you in less than 45mins and usually shorter than that. This rite aid made a BIG BIG mistake! They mixed up prescription labels and tried to give my toddler someone else's medication! This could of been deadly if not caught by me when given the wrong prescription for my daughter. They were "too busy". This could of been serious if not deadly. When we try to refill the pharmacy lady said that it's full but it was gonna be empty in 3 days and one time we tried to go through the drive thru we waited so long and one of them sat on her chair with whisky ads on her computer don't go there go to another rite aid and they need to find new pharmacy employees read more

Horrible experience tonight!!! Doctors faxed in meds at 4:45. Thought 2 hours was plenty of time!!! Waited in drive thru pick up for 20 min.... couldn't reverse as car was behind to go inside. . This was for daughter's serious infections weren't even ready! I was told to come back or wait for text. An hour later no text. Went back at 8 pm. No apology that a cream and 2 pills took 3 plus hours and by the way no text until I picked up!!! I've worked as a tech in a pharmacy!!! Big business here sucks read more

This is based on the Medi-Care within the Rite Aid. The lady at the front desk asked me what I was there for and I told her I was sick and my mouth was swollen. She took my ID and insurance card, left them on the desk, and had us leave to a back room (she left my cards in plain sight) and I sat down and I showed her where my mouth was in pain. She then poked at where it hurt and said "I don't know what to do for you" and told me to go somewhere else. What's the point of having a Medi-Care if they won't help? Waste of my time, so inconvenient don't go here if you live near by and are sick looking for a close doctor visit. If I could rate with zero stars I would. read more
