So, being asked numerous times if I need 'help' finding something within such short time-frame is pretty bothersome. No, I don't need help. Do you? Is management making you ask me over and over? Stop following me around the store, too. I'm not some hoodlum or kid, I'm 31 and you're pissing me off. When I go up to the counter to pay for my items, and the CS gal behind the counter is chatting it up with so-and-so-she-knows-from-somewhere, and she's already rang up the person and they've paid for their items, and there are 4 other people in line behind me, and I need to use the restroom, and you keep talking and don't even acknowledge me and just continue talking like *you're not at work*, I'm going to write a review here on Yelp - and this is after I spoke with the manager who saw the whole thing go down. I don't get a kick out of writing negative reviews without saying anything first - people who do that are passive aggressive assholes. However, considering all the other negative reviews of this place, I thought I'd chime in as well. I blame management - train your employees better. It's a small town, it's nice that you know the people going through your checkout, but acknowledge people waiting to give you their money. I was amazed at the rudeness.

For a profession that requires attention to detail, organization, and proper handling of medications, this place consistently fails on every level. Not ONCE since I moved my prescriptions here have they gotten my medication right. They have failed to provide the correct amount, failed to have it ready on time, and somehow continue to call me repeatedly--sometimes more than 7 times a day for a week, each month--without actually knowing what is going on with my prescription. I have gone through multiple medication withdrawals because of their mistakes, including them losing my medication refills, refusing to provide me with the correct count amounts, and failing to properly process information even after my doctor has called in and my insurance paperwork has been provided. The communication is absolutely terrible. Nobody seems to know what is happening, nobody takes responsibility, and I am constantly having to explain the same situation over and over again. I am not someone who normally leaves bad reviews, but at this point, I feel like I would be doing other people a disservice by NOT warning them. If you take medications beyond something like a Zyrtec, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. And here's the part that makes this even worse: apparently, they can't transfer certain medications either. So once you're here, you can feel completely STUCK--which is exactly where I am now. This pharmacy needs serious intervention. The level of incompetence I have experienced here is unacceptable when people's health and medications are on the line. Do better. Or honestly, shut this place down.

Overall, the service feels dismissive and lacks any sense of customer care. I've since switched to Amazon Pharmacy, where prescriptions are delivered directly to my home almost always the same day as ordering (for the same price as going to a physical pharmacy) -- no dealing with rude staff or waiting wondering if your prescription is ready. You would think that this would be a quick and simple process... Not. We located exactly what we needed almost immediately. $2.59. Easy self-serve cash purchase and we would be right out... Not. Although there was almost no one at the self checkout, each and EVERY register was posted "card only." So much for self checkout. There were only two "human" cashiers open, so there were lines. So as we waited with our small single purchase and three dollars in hand... there we waited for several minutes. When we were finally rang up, the price was well over $3. And after checking our receipt on our way out of the store, we noticed that we were charge $2.99 plus tax... Needless to say, the shelf price was out of date. There was no visible management to be seen, and what should have taken us less than five minutes, was quickly reaching closer to twenty. And to top it off, the cashier didn't even have any quarters or dimes in their cash register... Change came in pennies and nickels. Terrible service from the bottom up. Next time we'll shop across the highway at Walmart.

In my most recent visit, I explained to Rochelle that my husband had purchased my glasses as a Christmas gift and that I wasn't completely sure if they were bought at Costco, but it was very likely. Earlier that day, I had called and spoken with someone in the optical department who advised me that there were options available either they could look up proof of purchase through my membership or I could pay a fee to have my prescription added to my current eyewear. When I came in later that evening, Rochelle was the only person available. After I explained the situation, her response was extremely rude and implied I was lying. When I asked what my options were, I was told that I did not have any. I shared that I had already spoken with someone earlier and did not appreciate feeling like information was being withheld. I then asked to speak with a manager. A young man that was manager came over shortly after, he said he was unsure how to handle the situation. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and defeated, and decided to leave. Because this has happened more than once with Rochelle, I've started to feel uncomfortable seeking services there, as I worry about having another negative interactions. I value clear, respectful communication and would really appreciate a more supportive and consistent experience moving forward. The store overall is a good experience definitely room for improvement in customer service all around with workers and improvement on better quality items.
