This place has the absolute WORST pharmacy EVER. You are lucky if the drive through is open, and Lord help you if you need to call them. They don't answer the phone. I called multiple times on more than one occasion and no one answered. When someone finally DID answer, I was thrown on hold without being given the chance to even say hello! I simply wanted to ask if they had received both of my daughter's medication orders because they texted that only one was ready. No one came back on the line for FIFTEEN MINUTES. Came in looking for a few things. Got some razors and Kleenex. Clerk told me to stand away from her but she had a bad cold. 3 stars because of the whacky checkout process now requiring a rating on the clerk right there in front of them on the card machine before allowing one to cash out. If a customer wants to give feedback on someone, they will do it, don't force it on them. read more

Wow this location has horrible reviews but they must have hired new (better) people. Driven by it twice this year and stopped for their cute seasonal home decor and we had a question about supplements too. Guy behind pharmacy counter left everything he was putting away and came and helped my friends find the best deal on supplements they had. I mean this guy took like 10-15 mins explaining differences and was so helpful. I was impressed. He had crazy hair and usually in my experience those r the people that care the least about helping others but this guy really wanted us to be happy w our purchases. I always stop by to check their home decor goodies and toys. You wouldn't think they have a good variety but they do and have always liked the prices. Well, not everything is cheap so you have to have an eye for these things too :) Check out was super fast and friendly. Line moved fast and chat wasn't fake or sounded like I was talking to someone reading a script. Everyone treated us great and will hope to comeback soon! read more

I have my prescriptions sent to this location because it's the closest pharmacy to home. I usually call in my prescription refill in the early morning and pick it up later on in the evening. I called around 9 this morning and the automated message said it would be ready by noon. I show up at 4pm and one of the pharmacists tells me that I have to wait another 30 minutes... what's the point of me calling in my refill ahead of time if I STILL have to wait every time?? read more

I have been using Rite Aid off-of Sunset BLVD for 2 years now. I have had a couple challenges with staff early on. In fairness, the location itself isn't desirable for employees as its a sketchy location, so I think finding "good" help for them has been a challenge in itself, in addition to COVID hindering hiring. However, recently, I had a trip to Idaho for vacation, my Dr made sure the pharmacy got the green-light to fill my RX ASAP so I could leave same-day and have my RX for my trip. I called Rite Aid and confirmed with staff and they said they would send a confirmation text in about an hour when its ready! I get the text and my family and I head out to pick-up and then hit the road right after. I didn't check the bottle at time of pick-up (my fault) and just trusted it was correct, we get to Spokane and I find out it was the WRONG RX...!!! Now I'm freaking out. I called Rite Aid (Sunet BLVD) and spoke to "Tsegay Tesfagiorgis," and he went WAY beyond my expectations! He located a Rite Aid only a mile from where we were parked in Spokane and in less than 30 min he called them, sent the RX over and it was filled and we were back on the road! THATS SERVICE! THATS A MANAGER WHO IS A ADVOCATE IN HIS FIELD! HE saved my trip and when I don't have this med, BAD things happen and I owe him a HUGE "THANK YOU!" IF, you have a issue, be patient and ask for him, he will take care of you! Thank you, again Tsegay, you restored my faith in your store! read more

This pharmacy is a great pharmacy. These people are not doctors and they're dealing with sick and impatient people all day. They can only do so much. They have to wait for insurance companies and doctors to approve prescriptions! They are kind and honestly the best pharmacy I have found. read more

Woahhhh. Why does this place smell so funky? Lots of product here that you can find at any drug store, just severely overpriced. A aerosol can of hairspray that costs $2.99 at Target costs $5.99 here. Whattt! But really though, they have food, makeup, personal needs, movies, knick knacks, holiday stuff and more. Most of the shelves were pretty well stocked too. Keep an eye on the sale tags; most of the sale items are only if you have a Plenti Card. The employee that was cashiering with was friendly, we didn't talk to any other employees. Didn't see any around the store other than up front or at the pharmacy. They have a blood test machine thingy here too. That weird smell though....trust me, as soon as you walk in the door you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. read more

Here's why I don't shop here. Every single time I come shop here I'm sexually harassed by some random guy. It's never the same guy twice, it's just some jerk with the need to express his sad sexual frustrations. In everyday life men are polite and kind to me, but the second I step foot in this place, it's like, boom jerk face. I can't really blame rite aide. They can't control there clientele. Not sure if I just came at the wrong time or wrong day but the workers were a bit impatient. I understand there was a bit of a line for the pharmacy but when I came to pick up my medication (I had to pick up 5) I was only able to get one. I asked the girl where the other ones were and she told me she put them back in stock because apparently after 13 days they put it back on the shelves. Well, why didn't you guys call me to let me know about that?... So there I had to wait 20 minutes for her to take it off the shelves. Once she called me back up I only got two. Again, I asked where the other two were and she said she didn't know. I told her I just came from the doctors office and they had just checked my medications at the pharmacy and told me they were all there ready for pick up. She didn't respond, just shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. Sweetie, why don't you check in your computer system to verify the medications instead of brushing it off. Isn't that part of your job? I'll be switching to another Rite Aid starting today. Unprofessional. read more

Love this store! The pharmacy knows what they are doing and always contact me whenever there are prescription issues with prescriptions for my wife and kids. I needed some first aid supplies, and as it is past 9:00 pm the Rite Aid near my house was closed. The Rite Aid website showed that this store was the only one nearby that stayed open until 10:00 pm (on weekdays). So I drove 12 minutes to get there and they were closed. At 9:50. Normally I wouldn't care if a store closed a few minutes early, but this is the only one in the area that is open until 10:00. If they want to close at 9:50 that's fine, just say so on the website so people won't drive all the way to the store just to get turned around. Will never go here again. read more

Dropped off prescription and was advised that it would be an hour, that i can wait or they can call to let me know when it is ready....I opted to go home and wait for the call...after 2 hours, no call, so I called to be informed that it has been ready.
