I went to get two photos of my daughter's wedding today. I spent an hour adding in the pictures…read morefixing them and getting them to the way I wanted, I walked around the store for an hour until they got ready. The young lady behind the photo booth came looking for me and told me that I was unable to get those pictures in large because they were copyright. I explained to her that the pictures not copyright and that I own the right to the pictures as I purchased them and took them from my phone. She then said to me that they were not and they were I explained to her again that they were not copyright and they were my photos. I then proceed to say to her that she had absolutely no idea what she was talking about, but I would go to another Walgreens and had them done there. as I proceeded to walk out the gentleman behind the counter who talks to himself really said to me that I have no idea what I'm talking about , the lady behind the Photo Booth knows what she's talking about when no one was even talking to him was rude to me. I'm totally with allowing people with disabilities to work in organizations, however to be rude to customers it's completely unacceptable. Make a long story short. I went to another Walgreens where I always get my pictures done and they completely agree that my pictures are not copyright and they should've been able to be Walgreens on is a complete disgrace each time I go there everyone has an attitude and there's no whatsoever. They really need to re-organize.

The CVS pharmacy app. and website both stated that I was able to renew my prescription on 1/1/2016. I renewed my prescription and received a confirmation email that my prescription would be available on 1/2/2016. I called the pharmacy today because my prescription seemed to not register with the actual CVS. The pharmacy manager answered and told me that my prescription would not be filled until 1/8/2016. I tried to explain my situation and the fact that the app. and website were not in-synch with their own system. She rudely said there was nothing she could do about the situation, and said that it was "black and white" for her. I then went to the store to show her what I was seeing in order to clarify the problem. She would not look at my email confirmation or the app that stated the prescription was filled on the very day that I stood there (another error). If the app is not synched with the pharmacist's system; and when I am receiving emails that my refills go through when they in fact do not, how can I manage my prescriptions through their website and app? She then told me to call 1-800-cvs-shop, which I was not told to do over the phone - even though the manager insisted that she did. Though I understand that the store's manager could not just refill my prescription due to a system error, I feel that as a manager she should have handled the issue with more care, as many people rely upon the online system to refill their medications that impact their everyday lives. But as the store manager, I believe that she should have done more to inform the CVS company, in which she represents, that there is a major issue with a system the company is pushing clients to use and rely upon.

i used the cvs pharmacy on bennetts mills my whole life cause that's what my family used, and when…read morecvs stopped taking my insurance about half a year ago and i saw the sign on my way to a doctors appointment in the hackensack building saying the pharmacy is welcoming cvs pharmacy patients due to the insurance, that's when i switched to hackensack pharmacy; lets just say thank GOD i did lol i didn't even know there was a pharmacy in this building or that it took my insurance, so finding this out is probably one of the best things that's happened to me cause this place is great; not to mention it's within walking distance! the pharmacists here actually seem like they care and want to help you, and even better; they're actually competent at their jobs! after being at that cvs pharmacy for so long, i just thought all pharmacies were that bad, so switching to here has been great. i was worried at first about there not being an app for the pharmacy but the text notifications work just fine there almost never being a line of more than one person when i'm in here compared to in cvs where the lines were frequently more than 4 people every time i went not even counting the people in the drive through; amazing. being able to wait in the lobby where the bagel place is or walk over to dollar tree while i wait for the prescription to be ready is so convenient, and the wait time is so much faster than cvs too, sometimes at cvs id have to come back the next day and i've never had to do that here i like that the pharmacy is also like a mini shop with a bunch of not just medical/pharmaceutical stuff you can buy, but candy and snacks too; the prices are kinda inflated for most items though unfortunately so i don't see why i'd buy stuff here unless i needed something specific i like going in here (also i love the small blue pill bottles they use)
