Less than competent. I'm a big fan of the fuel perks, but…read morethey continually bill me incorrectly for a monthly prescription and I always have to wait 20+ minutes while they fix the problem. Also, despite repeated requests and calls before coming to pick up I can't seem to get it through their heads that a one month supply is not one box. It's three. And yet they give me one and when I ask for the other two boxes it's always a huge problem and it always ends up that "they'll get it next time." I've been waiting months for "next time" to come, but my prescriptions are perpetually screwed up by this pharmacy.

All are bruised and tasteless. It seems the employees package the bad tomatoes to hide their negative qualities. (#4 means that PESTICIDES are used on produce.) BANANAS on day two are already turning soft and black. Why are CUKES sold that are already too soft to eat? Cut CANTALOUPE and HONEYDEW are often cut before their time, so they are hard and tasteless, w/ no sweetness. STRAWBERRIES are either over-ripe, mushy, and too many are moldy. CHERRIES mold too quickly. It seems the only fruit that is enjoyable is the WATERMELON. Regarding PRESCRIPTIONS: I often get notices my meds are READY TO PICK UP. When I arrive, I'm told they are out of stock and must reorder. Too often, TOO MANY prescriptions are OUT OF STOCK. What incompetence!

They're always friendly and help with my billing and any questions that I have. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I would give negative stars if possible. Just left the hospital outpatient surgical center after my…read moregallbladder removal. We went to fill my script at Walmart. My mom was told that they could not fill the script due to CDC guidelines for dispensing opiates for chronic pain. Not sure how pain less than 12 hours after surgery is chronic. Not sure how they interpret guidelines from CDC for one thing as being for all instances. Other pharmacy we went to (while I waited in the car with ice on my incision, and tried not to puke) said they had no idea what Walmart could be thinking. I considered going in to Walmart in a wheelchair as I could not walk that far, with my hospital band on my arm, looking like refried crap and making a scene but it was not worth it. It would have only farther delayed following discharge instructions to go home and get into bed for rest of the day. I hope that I am able to make it home before my last dose of pain medication given in the hospital wears off before I can get home and eat something and take my next dose or o will not be able to make it from the car to the house. Thank you ever so much Walmart. You are doing your part to make sure post operative patients don't use opiates for acute pain.
