I was referred to Hallie to have my brows touched up a year after I initially had them done. Since I had never been tattooed, I didn't know how my skin or the pigment would take so a touch up was needed. Hallie really took time to understand what I wanted from my brows and also study how the pigments developed with my skin type and tone. She did an amazing job filling my brows in, correcting the shape where they had faded, and selecting the right pigment blend to match my hair. I somehow found Claudia via Instagram and as soon as I was done with breastfeeding, I made an appointment. The initial appointment I had was at her Alameda office. It was not painful, and she really was very particular about the shape in order to not underdo it or overdo it. Mine healed quickly without any issues and then for my second appointment, I went to her new office in Pacifica. We made the brows a bit thicker and they are now the perfect size and shape.
