My experience at Ritz was absolutely amazing. I want to make a HUGE shout out to Tiffany Tedford for getting me into this facility IMMEDIATELY after calling her and telling her that i needed and wanted help, and for helping me with whatever she could help me with during my stay. This facility is 4 stories high with stairs and an elevator. I had a private room, private bathroom, full access to the onsite gym, ping pong table, pool table, theater room, swimming pool, & hot tub. I was also able to have my dog here with me as well which was a game changer for me. The staff here was amazing and always willing to go above and beyond to help all of the clients while I was there for 38 days. I want to also make a shout out to.the rest of the staff there as well. Kayla was my case manager and we developed a bond and good connection for life. Sean, Nathan, Becca, Mike, Mike, Brian, Ashley, Heather, JP, Ben, Mike, Gabby, Trish, & Ani a big shout out to all of the team that dealt with my shit while I was a client here. The experience was unforgettable at this facility and al of the staff helped me so much when I didn't even want to help myself. Today I have hope, I know my worth, I feel like I matter today, and they never gave up on me even when I wanted to give up on myself. This facility legit gives an ACTUAL f..K about their clients and is hands down the best treatment experience I have ever had from the facility I have been to. FROM the outings we went on to the connections and lifetime friendships I made here. I'm now in sober living and thriving because of Ritz. Last but not least I want to give HUGE Props and shoutout to reason this place moves so smooth to Hike and Sina who aways helped me while I was at Ritz NO MATTER WHAT it was I needed. This place has everything a person needs to learn how to be clean and sober, and gives you the tools u need live a life in recovery. I had an amazing experience at Ritz Recovery and can confidently say this is a 5-star program. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel welcomed, supported, and truly heard. Ritz recovery is an extremely luxury detox with pools, hot tubs, pool tables, whole work out rooms in all 4 houses. The group facilitators genuinely care within every group and therapy sessio. The staff Jason, Brandon, Sean, Ryan, Kevin, Rafa Z, Jasmine and Chief Ron are the absolute best, they attend to every clients needs no matter what they are, all of them keep the houses spotless, all of those staff give absolute fantastic advice if your having a bad day o anything.
