A while later, I get an email saying, oh, we could try to book you for this coming friday. I called their office and I was told that they almost never book for the same day. After reaching out to the nurse again, they said that she had no availability until friday. What a total screw up on the part of the person I initially spoke to. I don't think they have any idea what they were doing.And the person who said that?They would give me the refund and apologized could barely speak english and sounded like she was about thirteen years old. I would absolutely not recommend this company for anybody for anything.At all. Total total incompetence.

I was then told my $$ would be refunded within 5 to 7 days. I don't even know how much they took because I did NOT place an order.

I believe you can have success in treatment in a lot of places if you want it and choose to trust the process and listen to what the counselors are saying!! Which is our biggest problem we get a few weeks clean and we are back to wanting to do things our way!! I really enjoyed my time at Hollywood Hills and I believe they give everyone the tools and the knowledge to stay clean but that's just step one in a 30 day stay! They then set you up to go to a sober house and do IOP which is just as vital to your recovery!! They offer all these steps here at Hollywood hills and you see people being very successful if they can get out their own way and listen to what the staff is recommending for them!! If you do that and trust the process you will and can stay sober!! I was sober for many years after Hazeldon and am now on 6 plus months sober from Hollywood hills and there sober house in Northridge and am back home with my family enjoying life once again!! I loved Hollywood hills cause your in there with a small group it's personal the staff takes your recommendations and works hard to get you back out in the world and you start to enjoy the little things! In my 30 day stay we went to a lakers game that they brought us to and to universal studios recovery is not about punishment and hating your self it's about learning to love your self enjoy life and learn to appreciate people and things and I can say I appreciate everything the staff at Hollywood hills did for me and I would recommend it to anyone it was a great time in my life and got me back on track!! However, this last visit on 04/08, was a little frustrating. The only reason why I didn't give this place 5 stars, is because after my visit, the doctor never sent my prescription to the pharmacy. I messaged the doctor directly, but was unsuccessful. I ended up using the CS CONNECT 24/7 app feature to meet with a doctor. I was given an exam and a new prescription.

I went in on Friday and arrived at 4:57 p.m. It was eerie since the reception and waiting area were completely empty. I waited and then another patient came. We tried to get someone's attention to alert them that there was no one to check us in. About 10 minutes later, a nurse came out and apologized. She was not sure why there was no one but was going to find out. Finally at 5: 15 p.m (18 minutes later) both receptionists came out. When I inquired why no one was aroud, they indicated their supervisor was having a meeting with them. To be fair, the doctor that eventually saw me, provided me with excellent service. Nevertheless, this does not take away the fact that the front desk was left unattended. Yelpers for years have posted reviews indicating a problem with the service at this location. In this case, it is the supervisor who inexplicably pulled both receptionists during regular work hours to hold a meeting and leaving the reception unattended. Why couldn't the supervisor meet with them individually and maintaining at least one person to attend the reception area? If this is true, the supervisor showed bad judgement and professional incompetence. Most importantly, why is Cedar Sinai allowing this subpar service to fester this long?

Megan Seco is a modern professional, empathetic, intelligent, patient, and kind therapist. Highly recommend Silver Lake mainly because I was able to find her here. The intake process was fine especially compared to other companies. I can imagine you're going through quite a lot so please have a little faith and put in the time to proceed through the intake process and it will be worth it. Not all therapists will be a good fit for you and your personality and/or situation. Therefore continue to request additional therapists until you find the perfect fit for you.     Despite months of communication and a prior BBB complaint, I still have not received a complete,…read moreaccurate, and reconciled accounting of charges, insurance payments, patient responsibility, and credit card charges associated with my account. Since 2024, I have repeatedly contacted the billing department regarding discrepancies involving therapy session charges, insurance billing, and payments charged to my personal credit cards. While the provider has acknowledged insurance credentialing changes, claim reprocessing, and Coordination of Benefits (COB) issues, the records provided to me remain incomplete, inconsistent, and difficult to reconcile. The primary issues are as follows: Incomplete and Inconsistent Billing Records Credit Card Charges Not Properly Reflected in Billing Ledger My primary concern is that approximately $1,395 in charges were made to my AMEX credit card on file that do not appear to be properly reconciled or applied within the billing ledger provided to me. These charges were processed while the account itself remained unresolved due to insurance claim disputes and COB denials. I was never provided with a clear explanation showing: Why these charges were processed Which sessions they applied to Whether insurance later paid those same sessions Whether duplicate payment situations occurred Whether any overpayments were created To date, I still cannot determine whether these charges were legitimate patient responsibility amounts or improperly charged while insurance claims were still pending or under review. Lack of Adequate Communication and Transparency I repeatedly requested clarification beginning in August 2024. Despite this, I was not provided with a clear itemized accounting before additional charges continued to be processed against my card. The business states that automated billing statements were sent, but automated statements alone do not resolve disputed accounting discrepancies when a patient is actively requesting clarification and reconciliation. Additionally, I was never properly informed that unresolved Coordination of Benefits issues could result in denied claims becoming my responsibility, nor was I adequately guided through resolving those issues with my insurance carrier before balances escalated. Collections Concerns My account was sent to collections despite the ongoing unresolved billing dispute and despite my repeated requests for documentation and reconciliation. I believe it was inappropriate to send the account to collections before: providing a complete reconciled billing ledger, resolving the insurance discrepancies, and addressing the disputed credit card charges. Provider Network Status and Evasive Responses I also need a clear explanation as to why my healthcare provider was initially considered out-of-network and then later became in-network. This change directly affected how my sessions were billed, what insurance paid, and what I was told I personally owed. Many of the billing inconsistencies only became apparent after I began asking questions and requesting clarification from the billing department. Instead of providing clear answers, the billing department has repeatedly failed to directly address my questions and has evaded providing a complete explanation of the charges, insurance payments, network status change, and credit card charges. Desired Resolution: A complete reconciled ledger showing all dates of service, insurance payments, insurance adjustments, write-offs, patient payments, and remaining balances Full accounting for all charges made to my AMEX and other cards on file Clarification regarding whether any duplicate billing or overpayment occurred Clarification regarding all claims denied due to COB issues Removal or correction of any balances improperly sent to collections Reimbursement for any charges that cannot be properly substantiated or reconciled I am not refusing to resolve legitimate balances. However, I cannot reasonably verify what I owe when the billing records remain incomplete and inconsistent despite repeated requests for clarification.
