They gave me a great price on a speed queen washer. No charge for delivery. Comes with free new hoses. . No charge to haul old washer away. They delivered to Menomonee Falls even though they are in Hales Corners. I me er stepped foot in the store. Whole thing was done on phone. Pay when delivered! Unfortunately there was some confusion regarding the hoses. I wanted the old hoses so i took them off the washer and set them nearby. My wife was home when it was delivered and told tnem i wanted the hoses so they reinstalled the old hoses on tbe new washer. But i will take responsibility for that. I should have hid the old hoses. I highly recommend Ritzman appliance and if uou want a washer to last for many years buy a speed queen. Its the only washer designed to last 25 years. And its made in Ripon Wisconsin read more

I highly recommend Ritzman Appliance! We were interested in Speed Queen after a third set of washer/dryers failed (in my opinion) way too early. Jack was able to answer a lot of detailed questions, and I like how they have the innards on display so you can see the differences among brands. Prices are competitive and all-inclusive (hoses, cables, delivery, haul away). We were blown away by the service. Delivery was within a few days (!!!) Of course, it happened to be when we had a houseful of guests. The service technicians were timely, speedy, and very competent. They even managed to haul away the old and install the new appliances without any disruption to our card games -- our guests couldn't believe how quiet they were! After having two great experiences with Ritzman, the best I can do for this review is say, "ok". We had previously bought both a washer and dryer from them, and been pleased with both. So when our fridge recently went out, we didn't think twice about buying from Ritzman. Even though there were Black Friday deals at the time we were looking, we chose to spend a little more and buy local. The fridge was delivered in early Dec 2025 and as the delivery guys brought it in, they majorly scraped both fridge doors (I see in the manual that you should keep the wrapping on until you get it to its permanent spot, so I'm not sure why they unwrapped it outside, and then didn't take the front door off the hinges, or use the garage door as we suggested). However they owned their mistake and called to Ritzman immediately. There was conversation about whether they would completely replace the fridge, or just the doors. Ultimately they decided on replacing the doors. So they leave and we've just spent $2400 on a new fridge and we get to look at scratched doors. It wasn't a good feeling, but I just sucked it up. Ritzman tells us they're working with another company who will come to replace the doors, and they schedule the work for Dec. 22nd. Well, day of, that company calls and when they realize the gravity of the job, they say they need 2 workers, and they only have one scheduled, so they postpone the work until Jan 7th. Again, not a good look on Ritzman's behalf. So Jan 7th comes and we finally get the new doors installed. When the company leaves from doing the doors, I now see that my kitchen counters have 2 big scratches on them from setting/dragging the doors on our counter! So we traded scratched fridge doors for scratched counters. Again the company who did the work was not Ritzman, however this other company would have never needed to come out had the fridge been delivered safely to begin with! When my husband called Ritzman to let them know the fridge doors were ready to be picked up, and let them know about the counter scratches, they didn't seem to be affected. I feel like this whole situation was very poor customer service. Yes, we now have a nice working fridge with doors that no longer have scratches, but it definitely makes me think twice about future purchases. A little extension on their part to make things feel "right" would have went a long way! read more

I purchased a used gas dryer from Ritzman Appliance and it was an excellent experience. My dryer went out right after I replaced my old washer. I didn't want so shell out the money on another brand new appliance. I found an Ritzman ad for a used dryer and jumped on it. The staff was friendly and professional and offered a cash on delivery option which was convenient! The delivery and installation was amazingly fast! The delivery crew was here for approximately 5 minutes and had moved my old dryer and fully installed the new one all within that short time. They were very courteous and professional. My refurbished dryer works great and is a much higher end dryer than I could afford brand new. The dryer also came with a 30 day warranty. I didn't even need it as the dryer works excellently. If I ever need a need a new appliance I will certainly be choosing Ritzman, regardless of price. These guys are the pros! read more

I have had two dealings with Ritzman and both proved to be very positive. First, after a very horrible experience with Sear Home Warranty, I went to Ritzman to purchase a washer. I did know exactly what I wanted because I had done a lot of research. I did purchase that day but because of an unresolved issue with Sears, Ritzman was really good about holding my washer for a couple of weeks till I was ready to get it installed. They took my old Kenmore away too. I then went back a few weeks later to buy the matching dryer and this time I needed it installed as quickly as possible. They once again were super helpful and were able to install the very next day. A shout out to the two guys who came both times to install my washer and dryer. They were wonderful! Made sure it was all hooked up properly and also quickly walked me through how to use the machines. I definitely would recommend Ritzman to anyone who is looking for appliances. read more

We purchased a refrigerator from Ritzman Appliances on May 20th and had it delivered on May 27th. We had the worst experience from delivery person. They had an attitude from the start and were the rudest delivery people we have ever had to deal with. The delivery guy would not even speak with us after he found out he would have to come through the garage door which meant a little extra work for him for just taking off the doors of the old refrigerator and the door from the doorway. He wanted to come thru the front door (which also involved taking off the doors) and then go thru the living room and family room which made no sense at all. We knew the refrigerator could come through the same way the old one came in because the measurements were the same as the old appliance. After the refrigerator was inside, he hooked up the water line to our copper water line. The water line was fine till he removed it from the old appliance, and it now was leaking. It wasn't his problem he said, and he now said we should call and have someone come from the store to finish hooking it up. We weren't sure if the water worked at all at this point. Had no way of testing it. He left without making sure the water hook up was working. He just told us we would have to deal with that. He disconnected the leaking water line and said if we had an issue to call the store. He then just said here's your book, threw it on the counter and said have a nice day and walked out the door. So, after getting the water line fixed by us.......the inside water dispenser did not work (GE) Appliance. Now, we had to wait for a GE Service Repair person to come.....19 days after delivery. Unacceptable. After about four hours of fixing the small leak ourselves I went to the store in person. I talked to our Salesman, Bill Sr. and told him about our experience. He said we hire independent delivery people and it was not their issue. (Buyer Beware) this is why I will be writing a one star review. To my surprise he said the delivery person called him after the delivery and said there were issues. This means the store and Bill Sr. were aware that there was a problem for about four hours. I would think that the store when finding this out would reach out to the customer and ask what the issues were and if there was anything they could do. We never got a call or I'm sorry or anything from him or anyone at Ritzman Appliances. He just looked at me at the end and said if that's the way you feel I guess there is nothing we can do about it. Needless to say, we will NEVER buy another appliance from Ritzman's. They tried to blame it on independent contractors who deliver for them. With the whole process of purchasing, delivery, and set up, they (meaning Ritzman) should be responsible who they hire for delivery and set-up.. I'm just sorry we had to give a one-star review because we couldn't give any less. Rating our whole experience, it was lower than that. read more

We have purchased multiple appliances from Ritzman Appliance Company. The most recent was a Speed Queen Tope Loading Washer delivered Oct 6, 2023. By Oct 7, the lid to open the washer locked shut after using it for 4 loads. This washer was obviously defective, not just in need of service. I informed my husband I wanted this defective machine out of my house and get a refund. The store refused. A repairman was scheduled. Today the repairman accused me of putting something on the lid making it bend, THE REASON IT WAS LOCKING. That is a manufacturers defect. I haven't touched it. My husband reports said he did not put anything on that lid. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM A STORE THAT DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR MERCHANDIZE LESS THAN A WEEK OF USE. WE WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE. I WANTED THE WASHER RETURNED WITH A REFUND. THE STORE has REFUSED. I purchased all of our appliances (8) from Ritzman because I would prefer to shop at a locally owned store. I purchased a new Speed Queen washer and dryer from them and later arranged to have both moved by Ritzman. The delivery person they arranged broke part of the dryer, "jerryrigged" it together (that is Bill's word) and left it at my house without telling me. It eventually started making sparks out of the back of the dryer and when I called Bill Ritzman he said it isn't his fault, it was the installer (Ritzman arranged the delivery and hires this person to deliver appliances Ritzman sells in a Ritzman truck with Ritzman appliance clearly painted on the side of the truck) and that the installer knew he broke it but left anyway. The sparks could have easily started a fire. Luckily Bill told me the installer has his own liability insurance. I guess that should make me feel better? read more

This is family owned business so i expected their prices to be higher than the big box stores. But when i shopped for a dishwasher a few years ago, i found the big stores charged for delivery and installation but Ritzman didn't charge me, so prices were nearly the same. This year i needed a new refrigerator so i went back to them. Their selection may not be as large but they do have a good variety to choose from. And sales people are not pushy. They give you a discount if you pay cash vs credit card so of course i went that route. This brings the price down even farther. That is a good thing. Delivery and install went without a hitch and now my kitchen looks beautiful! read more

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Ritzman's. it's the only store we will go to because of the fabulous customer service. A couple years ago we woke up on New Years Eve day and our fridge was dead. We called Ritzman's and they were open until noon. We ran in there, picked out a beautiful Maytag. When they heard our fridge had died and our perishables were outside they delivered it right after they closed THAT DAY!! Last week our ceramic cooktop needed replacing and I stopped in. They had an in store special in which we saved $300.00 and once again, when the stove top came in, they called and delivered it that same day as well!! You would never get this service with a big boxed store!! We will only get our appliances at RITZMAN'S!!! read more

I'm not a fan of appliance shopping. I want good quality, quick delivery and fair prices. For me, I'll only shop at Ritzman Appliance. They are extremely knowledgable on their products and have always given me great advice on the best unit for my needs. My washing machine died this past week. I didn't have time to shop, so I called Ritzman and they recommended a machine they believed would be perfect for my family. I took their advice, they delivered (no extra charge) the NEXT DAY, and we paid over the phone. As a bonus, the delivery guys were super fast with the installation and they gave me a thorough explanation on how to use the new machine before they left.
