A long-time Houston family planted in Houston and have been in business for prob over forty years or so! Father and son business and I came to them to have some jewel appliqué embellished jeans hemmed because I'm a petite 5'1 girly and it's hard to find jeans that fit! I called them on Easter weekend and they were about to close shop early for the holiday weekend but I caught them right before closing and they agreed to stay open just long enough for me to get there and drop off the jeans. I arrived and Mr. Imparali (their dad) stayed after just to measure my hem and then the tune around time was quick! Just a few days later we picked up the jeans and they even expedited it for us. Excellent customer service, above and beyond, and precise, dependable work on the hem! I'd highly recommend them and use them in the future! Just the sweetest family honestly!

I returned recently for a hem on a dress as it was a little too long for the shoes I selected to wear with it. The customer service here isn't that great. Kind of prison guard-ish...what do you want, go in the room, come out and give me money. After I tried the dress on, I noticed the employee using something that was creating a white mark at the bottom of the dress (I assumed this is where it was being cut/sewn). I was told my total was $43. I was shocked! $43 for 2 inches?? This was a Monday, and I was advised I could pick up my dress on Friday. When I went back Friday, I was asked if I could wait a few minutes. Of course, my dress wasn't ready. I returned the following Monday and was incredibly disappointed to see remnants of the white stain at the bottom of the dress. I will not be returning here for any type of work.

She fitted my items (pinned) while alternating servicing another client. Then she added up the ticket and seeing no price list posted, I was surprised at the cost. I felt I didn't have a choice to decline her services. Will keep looking for another alteration place.
