I had a little trouble finding the suite the first visit. I associate the suite numbers with the floor level and assumed suite 110 was on the first floor. Upon arriving, if you enter the building from the entry facing Westheimer, he's up the stairs, quick right down the first corridor, and leaves his door open with a welcome mat. It's two quick rights if you walk out the 2nd floor from the elevator.

I dropped off my three items on a Thursday afternoon and left my cellphone number which Andy said that he would text when the items were ready. I never received a text so I waited a little over a week to pick up my items on the following Saturday afternoon. My items were ready when I got there and the dress that I dropped off with a few stains looked as good as new! I paid $7 an item which is definitely on the higher end but I was happy to see the quality of the work. Other notes - free parking is becoming increasingly scarce in Rice Village so be prepared to walk a few blocks during busier times of the day if you don't want to pay to park.
