this review is just for the time being and will be added onto when i have the time but for short…read more these guys are a joke, they secured my radiator by using a single zip tie, left bolts out of my bumper, left bolts half way screwed on my waste gate and when i told them about my disappointment after paying 150$ an hr for there crappy work, they stated they wanted to fix things so that i was a "happy customer" but then kept coming up with this and that and really just anything to get me to go away. i was offered labor hours on future work instead of a partial refund which i find crazy and denied because what logical individual would accept that after receiving work like that. so yeah these guys suck pretty bad. they had my car for 2 weeks and then after complaining they had another 2 and 1/2 weeks to fix this issue and now here we are. i wish i would've never gone to this place.

I recently took ownership of the '04 F250 and did tons of research to find the best shop to perform upgrades and modifications, mostly for longevity and a little touch of performance. Mad Matt's Diesel Performance is an honest and highly skilled group of guys that not only know Ford diesel trucks, but take pride in their work. I decided on EGR delete vs upgrade. The heads were removed, sent to a reputable machine shop, tested, resurfaced and reinstalled with ARP studs. All gaskets, filters, O-rings and fluids are Ford Motorcraft. The oil cooler was replaced with Ford Updated oil cooler. I originally wanted to go with the external cooler but due to budget, gotta try out the updated version in which has good reviews. Rocker box gaskets, dummy plugs, fuel psi reg, blue spring and injector o-rings were replaced. The battery cables were in bad shape so I had them take care of that issue as well. I was in contact with Matt, weeks before my truck was delivered, scheduling a date to leave my truck with him. Since I had some time, I ordered a MBRP 4" Stainless Steel Turbo Back Exhaust system to be installed during the bulletproof process due to the ease of access for installation. They also installed a nice street tune. I'm loving it! Judging from the many posts, blogs and forums I checked out, the work performed was at an extremely fair price. I'd definitely recommend this shop and I'll be back for more mods soon.

Whe I got my car back the ac fan was super loud so I got out and asked the mechanic about it. He said he thought something had dropped down but it should go away in a couple of days. It didn't. So two weeks later my engine light goes on and took it back to see what it was and they told me a vacuum seal needed replacing. They could do it on Thursday. I showed up then and the guy I talked to wasn't there and the other guy said very sternly he would need it a week to diagnose it. I reminded him I was told they could do it and the price quoted but he said nope. Won't be back. Very poor customer service.

Received a KINGWAY flyer in the mail yesterday. Been by their shops, literally, hundreds of times,…read morenever stopped. Today I stopped @ the W'frd shop as a 'test' of mrktng blather or truth in advertising. Blaine, Mikah, the team and the techs there were 100% as advertised. Without hesitation, they immediately drove and inspected my car to determine the source of my/it's issues. Tests were done, Q&As were exchanged among us and the results determined that, despite questionable sounds, every test, comparison and measurement, my car seemed to be in safe and good working order. Blaine said he'd reach out to other human and digital sources, describe the perceived/known problems/noise and would call me should any new opinions be offered. This business and these men are a FOR PROFIT establishment and COULD have certainly tried to convince me that I should let them 'do such and such' to try and solve the issue. Not only did they NOT try that tactic, they REFUSED to accept ANY compensation from me for the work they did in the investigation process! I am no novice and could have recognized an attempt to 'lead me' into spending some money with them..that NEVER happened.. I grew up in a small town so I can unequivocally say that it has been DECADES since I have had such a unique, honest, professional, unexpected and enjoyable interaction with auto mechanics....like small towns USED to have...with these men and this company! I called to speak to the owner, Brandon Waters, to relate my experience and spoke with John Lobato, a KINGWAY Manager in Aledo.. He was gracious, most appreciative and was happy to hear that 'his guys' are doing and being what they were hired to do! BOTTOM LINE..Folks.. take your car problems to them.. spent about 600 bucks for carb and fuel pump repairs...repair lasted about 1 day before carb broke…read moredown and flooded out....this guy never returned my call or made ANY attempt do me right...went to freedom auto and got another new fuel pump AND a new carb [apparently old carb was badly damaged form this guy's repair] at a MUCH cheaper rate than this guy....i started asking around and basically got same answer from other people as well as poor reviews online about this guy and his poor work...truck runs good now that a decent mech did the job....this guy is overpriced and does not back up his work....avoid...
