We had drinks here last night and received good service with drinks served in actual glasses. Great experience. We came back tonight and I ordered a Macallan 12 which was served in a plastic cup. I asked if she could put it in a glass and she said no. Her excuse was that when the bar gets busy, people fight and throw glasses at each other. (10:20 pm if you want to look at the video CCBAR). I didn't say a word to her. I put my head down, shook my head, and went to my table. She yelled at me, "if you don't like it, you can leave!" The Barback came to our table and told us we had to leave. We happily left and went to the Tannahill's.

The chili momo was a no-go for me since it was mixed with ketchup, making it too sweet and overpowering. The rest were just okay, not bad, but lacking flavor. The wrap is too thick and the two achars (red chili and regular momo achar) were also pretty average. I also tried the jhol momo, but again, the momo wasn't juicy or flavorful, and the achar was just mid. Dining in didn't change much from my takeout experiences. Service was great and the restaurant itself is nice but the momos aren't it. I'll probably try other dishes next time instead.

I understand the restaurant leans more toward Nepalese specialties than Indian classics, but for what we paid, it just didn't feel worth it. Overall, it's a shame. The food had potential, but the value wasn't there. I really wanted to love this place, but I don't think we'll be back. I can't speak for the interior as it was take out.
