Ever since Bennigan's went out of business I've missed their Monte Cristo and Turkey O'Toole so bad. My sister-in-law recommended Boomer Jacks and said they had these exact same dishes. Nostalgia took me here, and Lo and behold it's the EXACT SAME. I'm so happy. They don't call it the Turkey O'Toole here, but there's no difference. I've only tried the Monte Cristo, but husband confirmed the other. I'll try it next. The ambiance is similar to BWW, and the service is great. We had really good service when it came to drink refills too. I loved how they had a trivia game available to play on one of the many sports airing tvs. The Olympics were on & that was great. Any establishment that you visit, every location is different. I have been to a few different locations for Boomerjack's and the newest location in Lake Worth is my #1. The restaurant is very clean and neat with numerous programs displayed on the various amount of TVs around the bar and dining areas. I have never been met with such grace and kindness from wait staff like here. As for the food, it was so good! That queso, I couldn't stop eating - the ground beef is seasoned perfectly and the green onions bring the flavors together nicely. Burger, of course, was amazing! I couldn't finish it all. Immediately greeted, seated and there wasn't a bad seat on the area to watch any game and eat. Service was good but nothing to rave about. I loved the opened end that allowed for a breeze and outdoor patio feeling but also the other side of the restaurant that was indoor. Beer was cold, food was great. My husband raved over Texas brisket melt. Full of flavor, a hefty size sandwich, and in his words - LEGIT. Kiddos had chicken tenders/fries - they both were happy with them. Our go to place. I've never had a bad meal here. Service is always good. My favorites are the shrimp basket, carnivore flat bread, spicey Poblano burger. The Cobb salad is pretty good too. The manager (Mikaela) was extremely unprofessional and rude. We were watching the football game minding our business enjoying the atmosphere and this manager came over right out of the gate yelling at us that this is a family restaurant and she was told 2 times we were swearing and yelling. For 1 no one was yelling or swearing at all. We were all caught off guard. She then came the 2nd time stating that we told the waitress that we wanted to F-ing speak to her and tell her to her face. We had a birthday party w about 35 people. They put us on the patio, which was fine but there were no fans over our section and it was super hot. Service was super slow to start. My sister wanted a Lone Star Margarita and asked if she could have sugar on the rim and the waitress told her no. Ridiculous. Wings are not great here and neither were the brisket nachos. Service did get better as food came out. Won't return. It's not anything like the Boomer Jacks in Lewisville. Recently I got delivery from this location. Got a brisket queso, The Pretzel Club, and a Philly Cheesesteak. Thw brisket queso held up pretty good. Next time will ask for the brisket on the side. Had sunk to the bottom.of the queso by the time we got home. The Pretzel Club was alright. For how much it cost, I expected it to have more meat on. A slice of turkey, a slice of ham and a piece of cheese for 15 dollars was not enough. I was very disappointed with what came on it. Tasted good very not happy about what it came with. Had sweet potato fries extra crispy for my side. Those were good. My sisters Philly Cheesesteak was decent. We didn't get the ashju sauce. So her sandwich was dry. First drink we ordered was not correct, we then asked for the ingredients to make it ourselves. After asking for the ingredients, she says are you being sarcastic. ( insert game show buzzer here) I ordered the Buffalo chicken flat-bread. Roll 25 minutes later... Someone other than my server delivers the flat-bread. Lift up one corner, and the entire entree lifts up. Chicken cold, cheese not melted, flat bread cold. The reason for the extra star is for server Brittni and the Mule drink. I thought with all the cars in the parking lot that this place would be on par but sadly . Texas Roadhouse will put this place out of business once they open.. Ps. TV's line the perimeter with one giant TV hovering and showcasing the bar area. There are plenty of HH specials everyday, all day - plus daily specials to boot. M-F there are lunch specials and small bar bites that are worth coming in for too. I love their Bloody Mary's and Monte Cristos here! It's not the trendiest of spots or my first pick to eat at, but when I do, the service, drinks, and service is usually pretty good. New in the area. Really wanted this place to be the bomb. Love the atmosphere. When your team scores it erupts. Love the energy. The food on the other hand is not the greatest. Cold and lacks flavor. Chicken wings bone-in or boneless have no meat on them and flavor is lacking. The cheddar burger was ok but their fries suck. The bartenders are pleasant enough but one kept flipping her hair around. Suzanne was wonderful waitress! Great customer service and as busy as she was, she always had time to check on us. They are extremely busy as of 5pm on a Wednesday however it's their second day to be open. Parking was easy, atmosphere is great with a super open concept, food was delicious and the drinks were yummy. I suggest the brisket nachos and beach breeze. We used to love coming here (820 north loop) but each experience gets worse. We consistently have to catch the over charge on the beer special on Saturdays. (Yesterday, Corona bottles $3, used to be Sols) it should not be up to the customer to catch this mistake, EVERYTIME. Yesterday, once again charged $4 for Corona bottles, we didn't catch it this time, until after the card was run. Normally we order the queso dip, last night, we had pieces of tortilla chips. I would have asked for another basket, but the food was dropped by someone other than our waitress and we didn't see her for at least 20 minutes. The reason was the "bar was backed up". With rivalry weekend, I expected it to be busy, but IMHO they should plan for this. Our food came before we even had waters on the table. Same for the people next to us (shared high top). Last year during the Army/Navy game we were "cutoff". I asked the waitress if we were being rowdy (I knew were weren't, only 4 of us) she said no, but the manager runs random checks in tables, and our people to drink ratio was too high. What??? A couple of mixed drinks, a few buckets, and 1 round of shots. (We're Navy retired and active) I specifically took the weekend off to enjoy the game, Ubered to the venue and now we can't get even a beer. I know this sounds one sided, but I'm over 50 years old. Over the last 2 Christmas' we would buy the gift cards, to support our server and we knew we would come back...not this year. Not sure what is happening, but we miss the old Boomers. read more

I don't recommend this location at all!! And tons of dead bugs on windows.... All of our family had major stomach issues later that night. We all had their burgers. I've been passing this place on I820 in Lake Worth. Watched it while it was under construction, yet never had time to stop and check it out for the parking lot looked crowded when they opened. Finally decided to meet friends in town for lunch on Saturday. Family friendly dining, wasn't crowded and pet friendly patio too. Bonus! I kept going back and forth about what entree to order but I decided on the fried catfish and my friend had the chicken wrap with a side of French fries and we were not disappointed.
