I needed a 3/4hp 2 wire well…read morepump replaced 100ft down.  They replaced my existing well cover with a different, used, rusted one they grinded down the faceplate (see picture).  I'm assuming they did this because the old one had a different company's name/logo on it. The old one was not rusted and looked like new. They replaced the Square D pressure switch with a new 40/60PSI one which is the appropriate pressure but adjusted the pressure to be much higher (50/74PSI) - so high it caused my toilet fill valve to fail and need to be replaced .  See the video showing the on/off pressure they configured.  80 is the limit for residential plumbing safety. They said they were sending a sample of my water in for arsenic testing but never gave me any results.  They charged over $4,000 total when the national average is $1,775. I asked for a line item list of pricing but they never provided one.  The pump they installed lists for around $1000 online so their cost above that was $3,000 for 4 hours of labor, new cable in the well, new pressure switch and a water test that I never got any results for.

They were polite and told me that they would see what they could do, Within 30 minutes they had a small backhoe on the property digging and looking for the leak. They located the problem gave me a reasonable estimate which I accepted and they continued to repair and change the system until they finished the same day by about 3:30. They had all the parts either on the truck or in the shop a short distance away and were efficient, courteous, and professional This is definetly the go to place for 5 star service.
