I called this business for help regarding our well and spoke with Mr. Liebau (the owner). I was told to call him back with some pictures and information at a later time which I did. Once I called back and spoke to him the next day, he had forgotten that we spoke. He then began to berate me about why he doesn't live on his phone all day and implied that I lived on my phone. He said "he doesn't f*** off" and he needs to produce and not be on his phone all day. He was incredibly rude, terrible customer service, as someone who serves, I don't need to hear it from him. Terrible customer service. Business is overworked and understaffed and that is reflected in the way they treat their customers. Do not expect good communication or any timeliness around techs arriving unless you have an urgent emergency. Save your time and find someone else. read more

I want to start by stating this is the first review I have ever taken the time to write. Four years ago my well pump was acting up and I called the contractor the prior home owner used to service the well and he informed me that my pump was shot and needed to be pulled. After hours of attempts I was informed my pumped was encased and he was unable to pull it from the well. He also informed me he doesn't drill new wells and I need a well driller do that work, and added it would be very expensive. I called Art Liebau, who did drilling at the time, and he came right over to diagnosed the problem and was able to get me up and running after replacing the electric box with an older model, from his shop, that would not keep tripping the breaker like the new models were doing. This was a $300 fix versus perhaps a $30,000 250 ft well. As elated as I was about the quick and inexpensive fix, it did come with a warning from Art that this may be the wells ninth life. Last month on a Sunday my luck finally ran out, I called Art and he showed up Monday morning as he was working in the area to take a look. He remembered my situation and suggested he take a look and make an attempt at pulling the well that the prior contractor was unable to extract and could get the equipment over there that afternoon. I was unable to stick around that afternoon and left Art hoping for the best, but expecting the worse. You can only imagine how I felt when my wife called a few hours later, who was home baby siting our 1 and 3 year old grandchildren (with no water), and heard they were able to pull the pump and we would have water by dinner time. Art and his crew not only responded quickly their knowledge and expertise got the job done where others had failed, saving me time and money. I can't say enough how great this experience has been and am looking forward to no more well issues for many more years, I would highly recommend Art Liebau and his crew for any and all well issues particularly older ones that others are unable to resolve. read more

My pump went out on me on a Friday afternoon. Mr Liebau came out that night and identified the problem and was able to come out Saturday morning with help and replace my pump. They encountered several problems but were able to resolve them and the price was within their estimate. In was not cheap but I felt i got a great deal. They also looked at my pipes because i had a pressure problem that was unrelated to the replacement of the pump and they fixed it. I hope I never see them again but would recommend them in a second, they were very trustworthy and delivered great service read more

I was disappointed that they seem to be too busy to pay attention to and service someone who calls with a smaller need. I called to get information about abandoning my well (since I don't use it much and the 5-year testing is annoying). Since I don't have the history on my well, he said he would look it up (I heard nothing back). Since I was nearing the renewal deadline, I called back to schedule a shock treatment. He seemed surprised and annoyed that I went directly to his cell (his answering service was off the hook, so it routed to him). He said he would call me right back (he never did). I know they are probably top of the line, but if he's too busy to service a well shock treatment I wish he'd just say so. read more
