It is 15 years old and the life expectancy of water heaters is 10-15 years, so I thought I would have to replace it. I went to Home Depot which referred me to a service company 300 miles away. They said an electrical permit and an electrician would be required -- true, if it is a NEW installation. The extra $450 made me balk. I decide to call Clear Flo again, figuring there was always a chance that it might be something that could be repaired. Bryan made an appointment, called to say he would be a few minutes late. When he arrived, he immediately checked the circuit breaker (my first guess, too), then removed a small panel on the water heater, pushed a red button, and the problem was solved. Total charge: $0. After 6 months of promises to fix, I called Gen3. They sent 2 plumbers to my home and immediately got to work. The carefully cut through tile, removed and saved what they could, and ultimately got the tub installed. After talking to 3 other local contractors who didn't want the job, They drove an hour to my house and fixed the issue in hours. They were: 1.) Professional 2.) Knew exactly what to do 3.)
