There is a reason this place has been thriving for more years than I've been alive. This trip I brought along my husband and our two children and we had the BEST time. The care and compassion these people gave us without knowing us from Adam is just what true successful business owners do. We decided to give them a shot following what was one of the worst experiences of our lives at 'that other bowling alley in town' earlier today and they made us forget all about it without even knowing how bad we were feeling. The carpet is clean, the tables are clean, and it even has a lovely big screen area with leather recliners. They are also great about helping you out when your ball gets stuck somewhere because you may or may not be a good bowler. Bonus points for having a rentable banquet area. I've hosted two fundraisers here, and they've both been huge hits. But my absolute best tip: GET THE FRIES. I don't know what it is about their fries but they are amazing with salt and ketchup. We checked in got our shoes and (by their mistake) got put in lanes that were reserved for an hour after ours was finished. We got everything ready to bowl and a women stormed up demanding we move. We asked if our reservation time would start over since we have to set up again on another two lanes. She laughed and asked why would it. By this time we figure out she's the owner. She was utterly disrespectful to me and my wife in front of our two small children oh and my father and mother. Then when we just wanted some explanation she just got nasty. And motioned to her husband by sliding her hand across her neck saying "they're done" and asked us to leave. By this time we were disgusted and didn't want to stay. We asked for our money back. She then stalled for 20min acting like she was on the phone trying to get our refund and he lied and said the computer didn't work , only to be calling the police so we could be trespassed. Police show up my kids are scared and bawling and the computer magically works again.Mind you we have 2yr old and 6yr old with us. I've never seen a business owner act with such a disregard to their customers. It was unbelievable. And would never recommend anyone to this bowling alley.

Rolled in here right as they opened at noon on a Saturday. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They let us know about the special, which was two games, shoe rental, and 40 arcade credits for $21 per person. Very worth it and perfect combo, given kids' short attention span. Staff were so patient and helpful when we were trying to decide on what prizes to redeem, and also gave advice for event parking in city center. Very clean facilities (helps that we were the first ones there, but things felt very well maintained.) Hoping this more recent review helps boost the ratings on this place, and esp since it seems like bad reviews are from a while ago! The owner, Dustin went out of his way to still honor our reservation and made sure we could still take our 30+ kids bowling.
