As a potential new client I didn't find them to be very accommodating. I walked from my home to their practice this past Friday. I had noticed on their website that they close at 1:00pm on Fridays. I arrived at their door at 11:00am and the doors were already locked. They had gone home early. I assumed that they must be actively taking new clients as they are closing early on a day they only work half days. I walked back again today (Monday) to get myself established as a new client. I was told by a very polite receptionist that the first appointment for a new client would be approximately four months out. Wow. That's a long time for a practice that is open just a little more than four days a week. I am writing this for the information of people looking for a new dentist. I wouldn't recommend Water's Edge if you are a new arrival to Boise or feel that you may like to have dental services sooner than four months.

I love that. seriously, I LOVE that. I will say they seem like they are very busy and fully booked. if you want to get in here as a new customer I am guessing it will be slightly difficult. good quality comes with a wait I guess. I have never disliked the dentist but now I actually like going. that's a win for me.
