An overwhelming experience and structure to boot. From the outside it looks like an airport…read more Parking is easy to navigate and costs a nominal fee. The mall has 4 stories and many sections to explore. Fast casual food is clustered in a food court together (Vanessa's dumplings, pizza, ect). Sit down restaurants are a floor above (Yard House. Hibachi, ect). Bubble tea and ice cream shops are sprinkled throughout. Place has a mix of luxury stores (Gucci, Tiffany & Co, Hermes) and budget options (Uniqlo, Gap). I also saw a self serve wine bar and a champagne bar. What makes this place stand out is the indoor water park, the Nickelodeon theme amusement park, indoor ski slope with artificial snow and live theater. An H-Mart supermarket and food hall claim residence. They also have a large arcade with claw machines, video games and interactive games. A fun place to just shop, or have fun at the attraction parks.

The decor, lights and fixtures had a serene feel. This mall is huge. I happened to enter on a more quieter side. I strolled through the section of the mall I entered in and was in complete sensory overload because its so much to see and the stores were abundant. There were plenty of resting areas in the mall and of a more luxury appeal. This mall boast of an indoor amusement park. The park is not in my opinion work the cost. It appeared that Nickelodeon portion is a separate fee from the waterpark portion. The amusement park portion was in a more crowded and busier portion of the mall. Covering the entire mall didnt seem feasible in one day. I will get back another time as it is huge.

When we arrived, everything was up and running as if it were daytime. All the games, rides and attractions were in service. I rode Go Karts for the first time in yearrrs and I actually came in first place. Me! That was dope. The BIG FUN though was all the water rides. Lazy River, pool tubing and the main pool were all open and full of people ready for a great time. We were treated to a DJ who understood the crowd assignment and shoutout to the most wonderful staff. All employees on this night were in a great mood and they gave party vibes too. The promoters didn't over sell this event, so crowds and lines weren't a problem at all. I had such a blast that I wasn't even mad about getting my phone wet. I'm looking forward to going back to The Funplex for another After Dark night out. I thought they were gonna shortchange us but that didn't happen. We were given the whole experience. Good stuff!

We got wristbands and although it was rainy on and off they were able to keep operating since there wasn't a danger such as thunder or lightning. Lines weren't long because of the weather. They provide life jackets. They have many lifeguards. There is a picnic area for the public but a separate one for birthday parties. Pizza and wings weee good. Had lots of refreshment options and also adult beverages you could purchase. The people working the birthday side were upbeat and friendly.

The park was very clean and the staff was willing to assist when needed. Sure, there are small things I would change like letting people get on the ferris wheel as others get off to speed up the waiting process but my daughter and family had a great day in Hope. Could there be a better name for the town?

I would have loved to at least sit in a chair and enjoy the fountains with my toddler even though it was a cooler day -Train car closed because, according to an employee, the person driving it was exhausted and there was low attendance -No animals were out in the animal area They are very clear there are no return tickets or refunds. She was only able to do the carousel, walk through the Christmas village (which scared her-- see photo), take a weird truck ride where you see painted cutouts of animals rather than real ones, and see the 15-minute outdoor show. Staff could truly not have been nicer, but my feedback is for management-- the day felt poorly run with little regard for full-priced paying customers. My main feedback: They claimed to be understaffed waiting for international students, but if that is the case, I would have loved to know what was closed before paying to enter or be offered the opportunity to return on a day when I could justify the ticket price. If either of these had happened, I wouldn't be dissatisfied.

You can walk around for free and purchase wristbands if you want to enjoy the rides. I came on a Thursday and lines were not too long. Most rides require kids to be 3 feet in height. There were not really any options for babies under 1, except for a play space with blocks and climbing. They have a good amount of seating and a small arcade inside as well. It's part of the American Dream mall with tons of other attractions, including a water park and an aquarium, so it's a great place to spend a full day.

They had a character come out for pictures for some entertainment. I visited with a 48" kid and a 36" kid. The taller one could go on most things but they interpreted 48" as not tall enough to ride things that said "those 48" and under" must ride with an adult, so since I was unable to leave the smaller child, he couldn't ride those ones. The smaller kid was limited in rides though. No roller coasters for the little one which was disappointing for her. I loved the 90s Nickelodeon nostalgia. Still had a bunch of Paw Patrol for current littles. There's also an arcade but luckily I was able to avoid that. We went to the food court for lunch and returned after. There are also character appearances-we got pics with Marshall and Rafael. I'd love to return when my little is just a little bigger!
