Also the Candy Factory they have wasn't opened, reason when we asked .... Short staffed. They had a sign up on the front entrance saying we are short staffed. We didn't notice the sign . It was small and not on the door we entered. Your spending money expecting what you're paying for is going to be there. I did approach the staff person who checks everyone in. I have to say she was very apologetic and gave his 4 free passes for the next visit. I'm not there to get anything for free , I'm there for my grandkids to enjoy themselves. The mall has 4 stories and many sections to explore. Fast casual food is clustered in a food court together (Vanessa's dumplings, pizza, ect). Sit down restaurants are a floor above (Yard House. Hibachi, ect). Bubble tea and ice cream shops are sprinkled throughout. Place has a mix of luxury stores (Gucci, Tiffany & Co, Hermes) and budget options (Uniqlo, Gap). I also saw a self serve wine bar and a champagne bar. What makes this place stand out is the indoor water park, the Nickelodeon theme amusement park, indoor ski slope with artificial snow and live theater. An H-Mart supermarket and food hall claim residence. They also have a large arcade with claw machines, video games and interactive games. A fun place to just shop, or have fun at the attraction parks.

This mall is huge. I happened to enter on a more quieter side. I strolled through the section of the mall I entered in and was in complete sensory overload because its so much to see and the stores were abundant. There were plenty of resting areas in the mall and of a more luxury appeal. This mall boast of an indoor amusement park. The park is not in my opinion work the cost. It appeared that Nickelodeon portion is a separate fee from the waterpark portion. The amusement park portion was in a more crowded and busier portion of the mall. Covering the entire mall didnt seem feasible in one day. I will get back another time as it is huge.

When we arrived, everything was up and running as if it were daytime. All the games, rides and attractions were in service. I rode Go Karts for the first time in yearrrs and I actually came in first place. Me! That was dope. The BIG FUN though was all the water rides. Lazy River, pool tubing and the main pool were all open and full of people ready for a great time. We were treated to a DJ who understood the crowd assignment and shoutout to the most wonderful staff. All employees on this night were in a great mood and they gave party vibes too. The promoters didn't over sell this event, so crowds and lines weren't a problem at all. I had such a blast that I wasn't even mad about getting my phone wet. I'm looking forward to going back to The Funplex for another After Dark night out. I thought they were gonna shortchange us but that didn't happen. We were given the whole experience. Good stuff!

If either of these had happened, I wouldn't be dissatisfied.

First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

There's a parking lot right behind and next to the park, so no searching for parking. There's a waterpark across the street, Runaway Rapids. We can't wait until the summer to go. It's so much fun. We walked in and were greeted at the front desk. The registration/check-in process was easy, just filling out a quick waiver. After that, we were told it'd be a little wait and we'd hear our names over the loudspeaker when our race was ready to go. Not even a full 15 minutes later we were being called to race. Once fitted with our protective gear we sat and listening to the directions & rules which was thorough! The race itself was fun! There were plenty of laps and the karts reached a fun speed. I can definitely see myself visiting again. Great if you don't want to deal with shoulder to shoulder crowds, in a comfortable environment.
