Important Tips! #1 Groupon: If you have a Groupon, check the date. I sure didn't lol. But the entry…read moreprice was very reasonable! #2 Cash: Bring it. You can pay for your park entrance fee with a card but $5 Cash All Day Parking (this parking let's you go to the water park, amusement park and the beach) $11 Cash for a locker at the water park and you get $5 back when you return the key. $$Cash money for food at the water park. The food there looked better than the food at the amusement park. Guess which one we had? #3 What to bring inside. The lockers are not that big. Standard small-medium sized lockers. Like 1 large back pack will fit (the size of 2 shoe boxes). No food is allowed but nobody was checking bags. They sell fried foods, dippin dots and frozen drinks. No salads or fruits and vegetables were sighted. Bring your own towels, sunscreen, toiletries for a shower afterwards if you want. Water shoes or flip flops. A lot of folks were walking around barefoot. That's not my cup of tea but they did. You do not have to rent a space or chairs. It's included. Some people just drop their towels, flip flops and sunscreen at the chairs and go have fun. You leave your valuables in the lockers. We spent 2 hours here. I have 2 teens and they were happy. We wanted to go to a water park that was not as intense as one that we visited years ago. There's a kiddie water park side and LIFE VESTS for the little ones! There are weight limits on all the slides so some of us had to go on only some of the slides due to the weight restrictions. That's fine. We loved the lazy river. There are no pools where you can just chill and swim back and forth, do cannon balls or diving. There are restrooms and showers in the park. There is a small fee for those people that do not want to get wet and they will just watch and get some sun in. It's called a spectator fee. The waiting times in line for a water slide was not long at all. I really like that. It's basic, very basic but we liked it for what it was worth. The amusement park is more suited for little kids, elementary age.

Fortunately, although most of the slides were abysmally uninteresting and the wave pool was broken, the staff were nice, it was clean for the most part, and it wasn't insanely crowded. Most children will likely enjoy it, just avoid if you are looking for a more exciting experience

AVOID THE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. It's a scam and also unbelievable that Groupon would partner with…read moresuch a dishonest company. I bought a Groupon deal for 2 people to 6 Flags with transportation. It seemed like a good deal until AFTER buying the Groupon, the company asks me to pay $29.43 in taxes directly to them. They then canceled the trip due to weather a whole week before the trip was scheduled for. I could not make the alternate date so I asked for a refund. I jumped through a few hoops before Groupon refunded me and then I spoke to JOMAR SMART at 646-327-7545 who promised I would see the taxes refunded within a few days. After not seeing a refund after a week, he has since been ignoring my daily calls for two weeks since. I filed a dispute with my CC company but it is not likely it will get resolved if these people went AWOL. This is a scam artist taking of with people's "taxes". It's pretty much criminal.

Where do I begin with this company. First I purchased a deal they were offering through GROUPON for…read morea theme park with transportation and food voucher included. Being that it was a good deal I convinced my sister and mother to purchase the deal as well so that we could have one last family outing as the summer was whining down. I contacted the vendor ( Activity Bus) on Friday September 18th 2015 to make arrangements for my outing. The vendor communicated what theme parks he would be servicing and what dates were available. We agreed on Hershey Park on Sunday October 11th, leaving from Downtown Brooklyn at the Barclay's Center. We communicated to Mr. Smart that we are a family of 10 and he assured us that he could accommodate us. On Thursday September 24, 2015 I contacted Mr. Smart to inform him that it was brought to my attention by my niece that Hershey Park was closed that weekend. Which is something I would accept the vendor/organizer to know prior to making arrangements. I contacted Mr. Smart via text and phone call leaving a voice mail and received no response. In the texts that I sent I asked Mr. Smart to please provide further information and plan details. on Friday September 25, 2015 at approximately 8pm I was able to speak with someone a woman that answered Mr. Smart's phone, who was polite and helpful who offered Great Adventure as an alternate. That was fine and we agreed on Great Adventure for Sunday October 11, 2015 for my family of 10. I communicated with the woman once again on Thursday October 1, 2015 as i needed to change one of my participants to which she was accommodating. I also at that time asked the woman for the details of the trip i.e. what time the bus would be leaving to and from the park, what could li bring onto the bus the usual stuff and was told that i would be contacted three days prior to the trip with all the details which I was okay with. On Friday October 9th 2015, I contacted Mr. Smart via email asking if he could please provide me with the details with Sundays trip to Great Adventure. NO RESPONSE. On Saturday October 10, 2015 I contacted Mr. Smart leaving messages on his phone NO RESPONSE. Finally someone answered the phone and told my sister the details of the trip and where we needed to meet the bus. We were all set and excited for our family day or so we thought. At exactly 1:57 am on Sunday October 11, 2015 we received a text from Mr. Smart stating that the trip had been cancelled due to a on going dispute with GROUPON and ill activity from participants. And that we needed to contact GROUPON for our refunds. Let me say this first of all they were not disputing till 1:57am. They could have contacted families from earlier during the day. What they did and how they did it was completely and utterly unprofessional. There were a series of red flags with this vendor but we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and support a local up and coming business. To make matter worse when we contacted GROUPON they themselves had no record of any disputes with the vendor. GROUPON did in fact refund what was paid to them however the so called taxes that were paid directly to the vendor has yet to be refunded and of course no one is answering calls or voicemail's. This has been the worst experience this vendor is unprofessional, and unreliable and does not deserve anyone's business.I there was away to give negative stars that is exactly what I would give them. Extremely Disappointed in Crown Heights Brooklyn!!!!!!!!!
