I agree with the other reviewer -- walking to your destination is probably faster than waiting for Yellow Cab to show up. But the problem isn't just their slowness, it's their misinformation -- if they'd told me the truth about how long it would take them to get a cab to me, I could have chosen a different taxi company and made it to my destination on time.
