I don't know about you, but most of my experiences at the dental office have been unpleasant. More often than not, I have felt like just another person that fills a chair with no real personal care or plan. Once I saw the great reviews for here- I booked an appointment. That was almost 4 years ago, and I haven't gone anywhere since! My very first appointment here was probably the best one I've ever had at a dentist. I had just came from a dental office where I went with a problem of bleeding gums and all I was told was that there was a mouthwash I would have to use to correct the problem.... Pretty much forever lol and then sent right out the door. It went the complete opposite here though. I first met Dr Diana Barzano and she got me right together......she was so sweet that she gave me her cell phone number in case I had any questions or issues with my mouth after she got done working on me; I had a lot of issues going on. Despite what I had going on she made me feel super safe and actually cared for. Everyone in the office is an absolute sweetheart and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Val is another one of my favorites. I started taking my young son there and he loves her too. Although he is only nine, she and everyone else is very hands-on with dealing with him, especially since he can be pretty nervous in the office. I am so glad that I found them and don't plan on going anywhere else.

The first time I visited, I begrudgingly chalked up the dismissive treatment to the fact that it was an emergency visit. However, the second visit erased any doubts I had about the systemic issues at this office. This time, I came prepared with insurance, yet I was still made to feel as though I was asking for charity. I waited for an unconscionable 90 minutes past my appointment time without a single word of explanation. When I sought clarity, I was met with dismissiveness so cutting that I left the office without even being asked if I wanted to reschedule. There wasn't an apology, a shred of empathy, or even the most basic pleasantry of "Have a nice day." It was clear they didn't want my business--and after this, they certainly won't have it. And let me be frank: this office is NOT welcoming to Black clients. Every non-Black patient who walked in seemed surprised, if not visibly uncomfortable, by my presence. The message was loud and clear: I didn't belong there. Their treatment only confirmed my suspicion. The discomfort I felt was palpable, and no one--not the staff, not the other patrons--made any effort to ease it. This is a disgraceful way to run a business in 2024, and it should be called out for what it is: discrimination. To the receptionist team--if you can even call them that--your behavior was deplorable. One individual attempted to force a façade of politeness, but I've lived long enough to recognize insincerity when I see it. You cannot cover up disdain with half-hearted niceties. The only redeeming factor in my entire experience was the dentist who assisted me on my first visit. She was kind and professional. But let me be clear: no amount of kindness in the back office can compensate for outright hostility and mistreatment at the front. I am an educated, discerning professional, and I demand better. This establishment's behavior is unacceptable on every level, and they should be ashamed to operate with such blatant disregard for Black customers. My father incurred repeated infections (which he never previously had) when she improperly treated his tooth. While the staff is welcoming, Dr.Zaim has completely destroyed Dr.Esposito's practice as a place of care and trust. I managed to find an honest dentist for my family who agreed she was trying to sell us braces and products! What a shame to see this business destroyed.

I was SO nervous to have a tooth bonded. Dr. Kouris is an ARTIST. She took her time and explained everything thoroughly. I felt so comfortable. I knew I was in good hands. She was excited to create a work of art. I'm afraid to say too much good in this review because it'll be hard to get an appt. But, seriously - she is soooo incredible. A unicorn in the industry. My tooth looks better than it has in 20 years. She didn't just say - 'ok you're done.' She asked numerous times....'how does it feel? Do you like it? Is anything bothering you?' And when I was walking out she said - 'if anything feels odd just come back in and I'll touch it up for free. I stand by my work.' I'm so impressed with this office and Dr. Kouris.
