Excellent mall with multiple floors and various different businesses. I liked that the parking garage is high enough to allow you to go to the floor with the store you're intending to visit. There's also free parking on the 1st floor, but get ready to fight with overly aggressive people for a spot. This was my first time at River Landing! My team wanted to have lunch before my colleague transfers jobs. I am mad that after 7 years of passing this place, I finally took the time to walk around after lunch at Lime. Walking to the Marina is an added bonus for a relaxing visit here. During lunchtime, it wasn't busy at all, and parking was a breeze as well. There seem to be many interesting restaurants and stores nearby, and I look forward to more lunches here soon. read more

Cute spot with great shops and restaurants -- upstairs the space is residential. It's on the water which makes it a great spot to go for a walk and enjoy the day around the area. Finally, a shopping center inside of a downtown setting with ample parking that's easy to access. Upon entering, your tag will be scanned to record your entry time and you'll be led to go up the ramps to each of the levels. The establishments for each floor are listed on the wall of each level so it's okay if you don't have it memorized. I will say, you cannot park at one level and then descend to park at another level as the entry for the cars are blocked once you are on the exit ramp. If you parked on the wrong level, just take the elevator instead to avoid having to exit the entire plaza to reenter. Parking is complimentary for the first two hours. There's plenty of retail, dining, wellness, and entertainment options for a true one stop shop for all you really need. The open layout allows for a great city view as well as a nice breeze while you're on the escalators. The TJ Maxx here is one of the better ones in my experience which is usually why I come here. There's also a Publix and a car wash for those who wish to shop while their car is cleaned. I dig it. The river district has been up and coming for a while and with this addition, it's certainly on the list of go to places. Tanuki is a great restaurant on the ground level that's wonderful for a nice date night. I love this spot. read more

This place has a ton of potential but for right now, it's just a really nice shopping plaza with LOTS of space to be alone. As you can tell by the name, it's right on the Miami River so that makes it a cool spot to just watch the boats parade on by. The shopping is for the budget conscience and bargain hunters. Ross, Burlington and Old Navy to go along with Hobby Lobby and TJ MaXX. The Publix is actually super nice and the smell of the fried chicken filled the plaza. There are opening a few food options soon such Lime and Chic-Gil-a but they also have food trucks coming in to fill the void. An AT&T store, Planet Fitness and some other smaller places can also be found here That might sound like a lot but they have room for double that amount of stores if not triple. All the spaces on the water front are empty. They have huge areas up in the upper floor that are still bare bones. Parking for now is free so take advantage but they will start charging in the future. Right now we come here because of the views from the empty upper floors, the room for the kids to Run around and to get our grocery shopping done. Wow, I was impressed by the size of this nice shopping center...it turns out that this is a residence and on the side, they have a shopping center with stores like TJMaxx, Hobby Lobby, Publix, and more. Parking is free for up to two hours. The view here is outstanding and everything looks so nice. I know is because is new, but still, the decoration and all the details were nicely done in this modern and spacious place. read more

The building looks nice with great views of the river. It was nice to sit outside (if you're able to find a spot in the shade) to see boats pass by. Other than that there's not a lot offered here. Food choices are not great, stores are lower end quality such as Ross/Marshall's and Old Navy, with very few other choices to shop from. First two hours of parking are free but I could not find another reason to stay longer than that. read more

This a new mall and residential building located right next to the river, you can see it from the fly over, which is what pout it on my radar. I visited today and it is an architectural monster of a building. For now it is alf approx a quarter full. So far they have hobby lobby, Ross, Tj Maxx, Old Navy, Publix (ground floor) and a gym on the top floor. There are empty units - some with signs to say what they will be - they plan a Lime - the Mexican place which is a chain and I also noticed a French cafe advertising as coming soon. It is an impressive building - on several floors, with great views of downtown Miami on oine side and the Marlins park on the other side - see my pictures. Its also a nice spot with a walking pedestrian area along the river. They also hve parking here. The area that it is located in - is NOT a desirable area. However with all the changes going on in Miami right now, it will surely clean it up. read more

I came in 6/21/24 at 4 pm to get a calcium gel nails..taking off my acrylics. .and a gel pedicure. I want to say that the service with the nail tech was ok. Unable to communicate directly with my nail tech but that's ok. I noticed after she off my acrylics, she didnt take it off fully. I didnt realize until she was already putting the calcium gel on. And by then half my nails had the calcium. So i know i still have acrylic still left on my nails. Just my hands took an hour and a half. And i had somewhere to be around 7. So i knew if i said something then it would be even longer. Ill make sure to take pictures I will update this post when i get my nails redone...and the extreme uncharges were insane. I get the services but I paid over $150 for this service before tip. Let me say I get acrylics...insane designs and a $60 pedicure in Kendall and still less than this ok service. But fine paid. Not even 24 hours later..my paint is chipping! I spent $70 for calcium nails and gel. It shouldn't be chipping after a day. Disappointing. Do not come here expecting to be able to use the Publix only feet away from the River while boating, they WILL NOT allow you to tie up to use the store unless you pay a absurd fee to do so, assuming they actually even answer their phones (had to call about 5 times). I was literally told "well, there's a road here. Just get in a car and drive here!". Don't think they understand how boats work... read more
